I am an application developer. I do remote support, training, and configuration for clients using the Sierra Chart trading platform. Screen sharing with Remote Control is the number one reason I use Zoom, however it only works some of the time. I can control Windows, and other windows applications, but if the application is SierraChart_64.exe, I often can move the mouse but not click or type if in the app. I have seen times where it works if the user is already running the app when I connect. However, once the app is restarted, the remote control is lost. Sometimes, ending remote control from my end and requesting it helps, other times it does not. Is there something I need to do, or the client, when this happens? Is it a version issue? How do we check and update before or during the call? Or is it a bug, that doesn't get addressed, because of the few people it impacts? I have found a backup solution (Anyviewer) but I lose all the other features I rely on with Zoom. I feel like I am paying for a great tool, but it fails in the number one way I use it. Not important: Video Most of my clients are comfortable with Zoom. I do not want to switch platforms. I would really like this fixed before my next annual renewal. Or I will have to switch to TeamViewer.
While Zoom is a great tool for meetings, my priorities are less meeting-centric. In order of importance, my requirements are:
1. Screen Sharing with Remote Control
2. Audio
3. Recording the session

Hello Zoom Community, I’m encountering an issue while using the screen control feature in Zoom. Previously, when I was controlling another person’s screen in full-screen mode, I could press the ESC key, and it would act as though I was pressing ESC on their computer. However, now when I press ESC, it no longer works on their screen. Instead, it just restores down the full-screen mode on my side. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a way to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello! I have business zoom account and I would like to understand the difference between Host key and License. Why do I need additional licenses on my account if I can just buy Pro Plan with 1 license and just give host keys to everyone in our company? Could you help me to clarify this, please? Thank you! How many people can activate host key? Is there any limit?
So I can create 10 different meetings where I am a host and give my host key to 10 different people to let them have host permissions for these meetings, right?

What is Zoom policy/directions on active bullying harassment dogpiling on disabled? Host is either ignorant or apathetic. Disabled Women and Elderly get driven off going out out of their own towns and streets clubs and events and venues and now online Or we are tracked down and harassed again
I have raised this. I raise valid points and experience and then I am called Troll attacked abused threatened my disability and experience history used against me.
I have sent an email to the Host before privately informing him, although he already knows I am severe disabled and serious PTSD with incredible incapacities. I am still active to address and stop same things from happening and will stand up to any contributor to suggests abuse or violence - that's when I get into trouble or if my disability experience goes against others politics religious views etc.
Today is has been horrendous. Still going on in background and I am severely dogpiled on.
It takes a lot for me to participate and take part. and also they now know my name and openly say they will track me down and find out all about me.
I have had this before and had to leave home
After the private email I am thinking of a Legal Letter regarding Disability Hate and Harassment to the Host and his responsibility

I am unable to sign in in the application which is the only way to open the meeting as it keeps saying connection error even tho theres no problem on my side, what to do?? I need to sign in so i can join the meeting
I installed Zoom in Win10 pc. but in setting => Privacy => Microphone =>Access apps to microphone =>Zoom not exist.
