Cant seem to join public meetings
i cant seem to join or find public meetings when i sign in the drop down arrow goes away and it gives me a 404 error message any news on this?

I record often and since just this week, my RECORD button is no longer where it used to be. It used to be between SUMMARY and REACTIONS in the lower bar in the zoom meeting window. I've looked for ways to add it back, but have had no luck. Any help?

I’m experiencing an issue with the video feed on Zoom where the camera appears to automatically focus on me, leaving the background slightly out of focus, even though I don’t have the background blur enabled. My FaceTime HD camera works fine in other apps like Photo Booth, so I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Verified that "Touch Up My Appearance," "Adjust for Low Light," and "Portrait Lighting" are disabled. Could you please advise if there’s a way to stop this auto-focus behaviour or if this might be a software issue?
Toggled "HD" and "Original Ratio" in video settings.
Checked the "Advanced" video settings for any relevant features.
Updated my Zoom app to the latest version.
Ensured no third-party apps are interfering with the camera.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. It seems Zoom may be automatically prioritizing focus on my face or applying some kind of framing or processing feature that I cannot disable.

Dear Zoom Team, I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature. Could you please provide any insights into this change? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lowering the hardware requirements for the background blur feature, as it has been functioning well on my current setup. Hello, I'm located in Istanbul, Turkey. However, my Zoom client consistently connects to the United States (DCA) data center, which causes noticeable lag, audio/video sync issues, and slow screen sharing performance. Even when I connect through a European VPN (Netherlands/Germany), Zoom still routes me through DCA. I believe my account or app may be stuck on this default routing. I would like to connect to a closer data center – ideally in the EU region (FRA, DE, AMS, etc.) to improve real-time communication quality. İstanbul'da yaşıyorum. Fakat Zoom istemcim her zaman ABD'deki DCA veri merkezine bağlanıyor. Bu durum toplantılarda ciddi gecikme, ses-görüntü senkron kaybı ve ekran paylaşımında yavaşlık yaratıyor.
VPN ile Avrupa'ya bağlandığımda bile DCA'ya yönlendirme devam ediyor. Hesabım veya uygulamam bu veri merkezine sabitlenmiş olabilir.
Zoom’un beni Avrupa’daki bir veri merkezine (örneğin FRA, DE, AMS gibi) yönlendirmesini istiyorum.

I have an Asus Zenbook Duo with the RealTek audio drivers and I plug in the Aux cable to my JBL Bar 5.1. When I test the audio it plays for two seconds but they the sound stops and doesn't work. Same thing when I use the computer speakers as well. I already tried changing the Audio Enhancements to Off. Can anyone please help?

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings. Would appreciate any help available. Thank you!

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers, routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My recordings are now always 640 x 360. I have clicked group HD, and also. made it always on the higher recording setting in meeting settings.I use this content for art tutorials but I cant really use them as the resolution is so low. My recordings are about an hour long, but even shorter ones aren't recording great either. I have a paid account. even a 720 would be better than what I have been getting. Please help Me. Andrea

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page! What to do? Please advise and much thanks.

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have also unset the tick box for low light and this does not seem to make any noticeable difference. I am using version 6.3.1 on an HP Envy 360 2 in 1 laptop and using HP's inbuilt Truevision 5 MP camera.
