Hi, The meeting 'template' for Zoom meetings is very limited right now from a security point of view. The only security options are 'waiting room' -Generate automatically meeting ID Could these extra attributes be added?

It would be great to get more security attributes added to the template, such as
-User computer audio only
-Authentication required

I'm signed in. There are only the following: Profile Meetings Events and sessions Personal contacts Personal devices Whiteboard Notes Documents Surveys Recordings and transcriptions Clips Scheduler Settings

I have a customized waiting room, and it has been like that for over a year. Now I want to edit the customization, with a new image and text. I'm able to do it on the account settings, and I can even click saved. But when checking if the changes are applied, these are not. I've been trying for a while now and I can't figure out what's happening. I created the account and it's under my email address, therefore, I have complete access. Any help will be deeply appreciated. 🙂

Effective with the update on 11/11/24, for iPad IOS, the original sound option is no longer available in the More menu when in a meeting. However, one can exit the Meeting, go to settings/audio and turn on original sound. Then, it will display in the More menu in a meeting.

I have a link to a recording with an audio transcript recorded on the .gov platform with shared screen speaker view. I want to create an audio transcript that I can print and read through and highlight while I am watching the meeting. In the past, I have been able to cut and paste the text from the transcript into a google doc or a Word doc or a text doc. With this recording, I can copy a sentence or so at a time. The meeting is over 2 hours - and that is just not a good solution. I have tried to cut and paste the transcript from 4 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) into Google docs, Word, and TextEdit. 1. cut and paste the audio transcript into a document 2. skim the transcript, 3. cut the sections I don’t need, 4. print the transcript, 5. read it through again, highlighting the sections I am interested in, 6. watch the recording while reading along with the document. Thanks in advance!
