Does anyone know how to get zoom to show up as an app that has requested access to screen recording in security and privacy on the mac? It shows up for the microphone and camera sections but not for this and it's not allowing me to screen share. When i try to do so it says to open system preferences and change it on security and privacy but it won't even show up. Everything on my zoom app to screen share is also all turned on. 

I am running into an issue that when users already had an existing Zoom account with that domain we can not pull them into our tenant until they click on the accept email. We have "Allow auto activation when adding users" enabled for the verified domain and that works for new users that don't have a free account but for those other users we have no control over it. If we verified the domain we should be able to control that account. 

Is there something we can do to pull these users in?

Hi Zoom, because of Covid I can't get 6 to 8 people together to teach a class showing students how to tie flies for trout fishing.  My classes have begun but the video quality is poor. No detail or color to the subject which is a close up of a fly being tied in various stages. 
It would appear I am only allowed to go to HD if I have 2 or less participants. 
Is there any upgrade to my subscription I can do? 

Is there any settings I can adjust to help?

Also, I am using an external HD  camera that is in a lighted ring tripod for the tying portion of the class, but I wondered if I can go back and forth between that and my Mac and my iPhone 13 Max?

So, my question is, every time I use zoom, my co-host goes to a breakout room, and I (the host) stays in the main room, what is happening is every time I mute or un-mute myself in the main room, it also happens to her in the breakout room. She used to be able to control the mute button herself and it never changed when I would do it. How do I fix that? Some setting must have changed. Thanks in advance!

Hello - recently my participants can only hear me out of one side of their speakers.  So it's mono on their end not Stereo.  I am being told it only happens when they are zooming with me.  I am running everything through my black lion Revolution audio interface,  all of my settings are selected to run through that interface.  Zoom - and my MacBook Pro.   I am currently running Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.5.  I am using an external mic that is connected through my audio interface.  Everything is connected properly and snuggly plugged in.  I have rebooted a few times to no avail.  Can anyone tell me why this might be happening?  Thank you!!  

Using the zoom app on an iPad Pro/OS 15.2.1 and have not been able to share a video from the iCloud photo files. 

At best, I would see the video on my screen with very low volume sound and those attending the meeting will only see a gray square.  I have reviewed the technical info online which provided no solution - and left me wondering where I can find the “advanced features” section when attempting to share. 

Are video shares technically feasible from the iPad? Or is this feature limited to computer based zoom sessions. How do I control the sound volume?

I'm trying to map profile picture to Zoom users profiles via Okta (URL Link).

But it won't transfer my field.

I tried using the addonPlan field for in case there is a mapping limitation (and the manual said that the addonPlan field is supported)

was anyone able to do it and can advise on this?

Hi everyone,

We've a very strange issue with zoom when creating a meeting, then zoom opens the outlook meeting window, then the meeting ID is reversed! and also the link on the body is broken, our current workaround is to copy the invitation info from zoom and past it to the meeting window body area.

Any idea how to fix such an issue?
