Resolved! Using a Canon T5i camera on zoom
When using a T5i as a camera to record by Sharing a screen it would seem that there is no need to record on the camera can anyone confirm that this is true?
Thanks

Good morning, everybody. I updated my Zoom client and fond out that now in the recorded meetings there is always the names of the participants under their images, no matter if a abilitate or not the corresponding option in the preferences. Why does it happen? How can I resolve this? Thank you, A. G.

Hello, I’m Erin. I’m new to the “Zoom Community” I needed a little help changing my meeting password. How? Every time I try to put a new one it says my old password is wrong and I don’t have an old password! I just started last night around 11:30pm. Thanks,

I got a new LG laptop with Windows 10, and my Zoom color is now bad. Very pale and blue. My old Windows laptop looked fine. I can't find any settings in Zoom or Windows to fix it. Any suggestions?
The setting for "Require passcode for participants joining by phone" is locked to the on position by the account admin. However, when I try to access my meeting by phone, I recieve a message that "this meeting does not allow phone dail-in". From what I can see, all settings associated with "participants joining by phone" are enabled, but I cannot find a setting to allow this option. My account is through AT&T Productivity Suite.

Have uninstalled and downloaded zoom client and now unable to sign in or join meetings as error message 1132 shows. Error 1132 doesnt seem to be recognised by zoom (even though its the number generated by them) I can connect via ipad and work laptop so connection isnt the issue. The issue is only with my Mac and the Zoom client. Any ideas how i can resolve? Thanks

I really hate the new video link design. It makes you log in to Zoom simply to copy and paste the link to share. I tried copying and pasting the old way and it copies the entire page (including my private link), or at best centers the shared link, making it virtually disappear to anyone using a small screen like a phone. I teach 12 different group classes a week and record them all. It's a total pain to have to go through this extra step to send videos to my students to practice with the next day when I'm not logged into Zoom. Is there a workaround? Is there a way to default to the old video link that was easy to copy and paste? Thanks!

Hi,
I have no remove participants option when I am running a meeting as cost or co-host under the security tab on my laptop,
I log in with the same account and I have access to do this on my phone or ipad,
Can someone help with this please
I have the most uptodate version yet I don't have this option in settings->meetings.
I hosted a very important meeting last night and it was recorded onto the cloud. Everything looked normal. I tested the recording for this meeting five times before to be sure it works... anyhow, I ended the meeting, I saw the message that I would be notified when the recording is ready, and then... nothing. No email. And it's also not showing up under the recordings tap as processing or anything else. It's not showing up anywhere. Did anyone have this before? What can I do? I also tested the cloud recording again after the meeting ended, again, just to be sure.. and this very short recording showed up immediately. Maybe it's important to say, the meeting lasted almost two hours. My storage for the cloud is almost empty though, so this shouldn't be a problem either. Any experiences with that? How long can this take ? (It's more than 15 hours ago now). Will it show up. Please say it will ... 😕
