I would like to know if the "Polling" feature is available on the "Pro" Package or if I need to choose another package to get the polling feature. I want to implement it in a meeting, and not a webinar.
Hi there, I am the host, and I allow my users to join the meeting before me. When the 2nd to last user signs off, my screen freezes, while one user is still on thd call. How do I prevent this? Thank you!
Hi, I run Linux Mint 19.3 and I've been looking for help on two Zoom topics: 1) You are supposed to be able to use the space bar to un-mute temporarily - does not work for my version of Mint. "Lots of suggestions say to "click on your profile picture" and select the right option. On Linux Mint 19.3 all I get is my Name, username and 'Logout'. As a result lots of options are unavailable. I had an important meeting (I was invited as a co-host), and I recorded the session locally, but unfortunately it did not create the recording file after the meeting, and I could not find the it anywhere. I appreciate your help.

I held a Zoom meeting and recorded it, the meeting was being downloaded then froze, I exited the download, I cannot now find the recording, it is not in the recording section, how do I get it back please, where could it be stored??

Hi, Every 5 minutes or so my microphone goes mute and participants can't hear me. I get a prompt along the lines of "zoom has detected a problem with your microphone, etc". All my settings look fine. What could be making the mic go in and out? Thanks.

Having issues with the virtual background not loading onto the app. I have a full license. I have made sure the virtual background is on. I even see my pics. But when I go to the app to launch a meeting I do not see them. Only the one that come with zoom. I have the most updated version on Zoom 5.9.3 . Full license. The crazy part is out IT dept don't have license and they have no issues loading virtual backgrounds,

Hi everyone! I was hoping to get some insight on how you all manage your ZR PC computers. We are looking to streamline how we bulk update our computers. Currently, we have to remote onto each one and sit there as we run updates. We'd like to update through the Zoom Admin portal. Is this possible? Thank you in advance!
