I set a background image, but when someone sent me a meeting link and I joined the meeting, it was gone. Was I supposed to do something before clicking on the meeting link? Sorry, but I'm not good with technology and this is all new to me.
Trying Not to Lose My Job I scheduled two meetings and by mistake pasted the same zoom link twice, so now the meeting ID is wrong for one. of the meetings. I can't recall the email. If I log in to the link at the meeting time, is anyone who has the link able to log in but anyone who doesn't have the correct ID prevented? Is there anything I can do make sure everyone can view the meeting without having to provide a correct email or link? Thursday, May 5 Friday, May 6

I notice when accessing the participant statistics following a mtg, if a person was disconnected & logs back in, the total 'Duration' time is not accurate. If it's a one hour meeting, & someone logs on for 10 mins, gets disconnected & logs back in, it shows the person logged in twice; however, it doesn't reflect 10 mins for the duration of that first logon. Instead, it shows the entire length of the meeting. It's not always the case, but happens often enough that I am unable to reliably document a person's participation. Is this a glitch?

Is it possible for a remote user to show himself on one remote TV screen and his presentation on another remote TV screen? In other words I have a home office user and at the work office we have two TVs side by side. We want to be able to show him on one of the TVs and his presentation on the other. How to do this? Thanks in advance!

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the "exit fullscreen" icon from the upper right hand corner on a second monitor. We have an upcoming interview we are filming and would love to be able to remove that little icon.
Any help?
So we have 2 video cards and the second card displays content on a secondary screens using an HDMI replicator. We also want these secondary screens to show the speaker view - on demand. So we run Zoom in dual screen mode, move the Zoom speaker view onto the second monitor and then minimise it. We can then maximise it on demand via the taskbar and it displays just fine. Looking to see how we prevent this maximising of the Zoom window when someone is joining either the waiting room or the meeting room please. We need to have full controlóver this second window. Thanks in advance.
However this window auto maximizes when someone joins the waiting room, and when someone is let in from the waiting room, and this is auto displayed on the internal monitors, which is not at all helpful.
