I am pretty sure this is a bug brought on by the recent update. If I plan a meeting from my home screen, I get a pop up message with the invitation text that I can copy/paste. But the meeting does not get pushed to my calendar. However if I plan the meeting with the new calendar tab that was added, it still gets pushed to my calendar.

 

In principle I don't need a solution since I can just plan the meeting through the new calendar. But I am very annoyed that I've missed several meetings last week because of this bug.

Camera Toggling In Zoom - disable screen capture

I have 2 cameras set up for Zoom Workplace. When I toggle between my cameras (Alt + N) it goes from camera #1 to camera #2. But if I toggle again, it goes for a 3rd "camera" titled "screen-capture-recording". This gives me an unending view of my desk... Show more

I have 2 cameras set up for Zoom Workplace. When I toggle between my cameras (Alt + N) it goes from camera #1 to camera #2. But if I toggle again, it goes for a 3rd "camera" titled "screen-capture-recording". This gives me an unending view of my desktop.

 

Obviously I don't need this as a camera. I have spent hours and hours reading fixes for this and cannot figure out how to either disable it or delete it from my cameras in Zoom.

 

All help is appreciated!

Hi all,
I hope you can help me solve a problem I'm having with sending scheduled meeting invites.
I have 3 imap accounts configured in Outlook and one of them is configured as the default mail account.
I added a new Exchange account and now zoom uses that as the default account for sending. How can I change this setting? If I manually change the sender of the invite I get a notification of non-delivery

I searched the community posts but I couldn't find the solution to my problem.

Can anyone help how can I connect with following zoom servers/datacenters for zoom meetings while sitting in KSA:

 

jed.zoom.us

hof.zoom.us

 

Reason is to reduce the latency and improve the quality of meetings.

Cambio de plan - ¿Pierdo las grabaciones? / Change of plan - Do I lose the recordings?

I found some references to "host" and "co-host," but changing them does not affect the results of the save, and when I tried it at hand, the cloud recording itself was not possible unless I was the meeting creator.

 

I'm tired of checking recording results while changing conditions one by one.

Is it a requirement that an account with cloud recording privileges (Pro plan or higher) create the meeting? Is it possible to join a meeting created by someone else and initiate a Cloud Recording?

Sharing second camera - I can't see what others are seeing

When I share a second camera there seems to be no way to see what others in the meeting are seeing.  Is there a way to view my outgoing feed?

I want to live stream a church service using Zoom to those unable to attend in person.

 

I have a MacBook Pro using MacOS Ventura 13.5.

 

I used to have no problem with my old MacBook before I bought my new one.  The last time I did it - using the new MacBook - those attending by Zoom could only hear the Minister who wore a microphone and could not hear the organ music nor the congregation singing the hymns. 
What settings do I need to use to ensure people attending via Zoom can hear the whole service, including the loud music and hymns, as well as those reading the readings and delivering the sermon? 
I usually start a Zoom service via the web on Safari. Is this the best way?
