Live streaming a church service using Zoom

I want to live stream a church service using Zoom to those unable to attend in person.

I have a MacBook Pro using MacOS Ventura 13.5.

I used to have no problem with my old MacBook before I bought my new one.  The last time I did it - using the new MacBook - those attending by Zoom could only hear the Minister who wore a microphone and could not hear the organ music nor the congregation singing the hymns.
What settings do I need to use to ensure people attending via Zoom can hear the whole service, including the loud music and hymns, as well as those reading the readings and delivering the sermon?
I usually start a Zoom service via the web on Safari. Is this the best way?

I also use zoom to do church services for those who cannot attend in person.  However, we are recently running into issues as we use a powerpoint screen to share the services with music included, but recently when we are trying to record it as well, zoom seems to be dropping our zoom services.  Not sure why
