Hello,

My team sends out a copy of the presentation used after each of our training sessions.  Is there a way to use the automatic Follow-up Email to Attendees to do this?  I don't see a way to attach a file or add a hyperlink, so are there any other ways that users in the Zoom Community accomplish this automatically?  We are restricted from using Chat in Webinars at my company, so that's out.

It seems the Zoom website signs me out automatically Every. Single.Time. Then, I have to sign in, every,single,time I need to start a scheduled meeting. I mean, who does this? Most sites on the interwebs remember me as a user. It gets really frustrating to have to come to the site and sign in Every. Single.Time.

I recalled seeing a release note about a beta feature that would allow us to trim the playback of a recording and have those edits persist in the download. It's currently a beta feature. I cannot find the release note and would like to enable this feature.

We have ten business licenses and ten users. I am trying to replace one user with another user,  without losing the scheduled meetings and recordings associated with them. Customer chat support cannot figure out how to do this. They sent instructions for adding a user and for deleting a user. They don't seem to have instructions for just REPLACING a user. The system keeps prompting me to buy another license. I am not trying to add an 11th user. I am trying to replace one of the ten licenses we paid for already.  Does anyone know how to do this without losing the recordings and scheduled meetings associated with the individual being replaced? Thanks for your help! 

What is plan_bundle? How is it different from plan_base? Is it specific to Enterprise plans alone? 

Has anyone come across an app or way to choose which participants to share a screen with and not all participants. For example, I work in litigation and I would need to show an expert, counsel and judge an exhibit, but not show the whole jury that is part of the session. The only way I know how to as of now is going to a breakout room or file share. I was hoping there would be a way now or in the future where you can click to select which participants you are sharing a screen with only.
