I am wondering if there is a command line or script to administratively run to invoke an update of the Zoom Client, when it has been installed under an individual user context. It would be helpful as well if it would work with old versions, going back to 3.5, if possible.

I have shared PowerPoint presentations using zoom for 2 years now no problem. Yesterday the PowerPoint seemed to be working fine on my computer but wasn't running on the audience's computers. Two Hours of Problem solving I found the solution When you first click share and select your PowerPoint you next Click Slide Show and start. Your PowerPoint is for some reason labeled paused. Click end share and then click share selecting your open PowerPoint and it will run correctly. It appears that Zoom is trying to run your PowerPoint under the other open application

I use a laptop as host to make a video sharing under Webinar.(Network is fix network, and bandwidth is enough) Then I use one mobile(A) as client to join this conference. Then I do 2 test: 1. I use the 5G of mobile A to join, and when I watch the video, pool picture quality. I cannot see the subtitle very clearly. 2. I use mobile B as hotspot(mobile B network is 5G), the I use mobile A via mobile B (hotspot)to connect internet. and when I watch the video, the picture quality is ok. 3. I use the 5G of mobile B to join, and watch the video, the picture quality is bad. So every time when I use mobile wifi connection(no matter is hotspot or the real home or office wi-fi) to join th conference I got good quality video sharing. but once I change to 4G/5G, the quality will be bad. I am not sure whether Zoom has some bandwidth limitation under 4G/5G senario?

When I try to generate an attendance report, the only participant showing is my own name. My account type is "Education" and my role is "Member". The dates are correct and are within the historical span, but no participants are showing in any meetings, just the figure 1 and my name (e-mail).

Any way to change the default zoom background?
That gray one and if not any files that i can change the change that background so it looks better?

Hi! I am trying to download attendance data for the previous months but it seems that Zoom might be having some glitches or problems here. I would like to ask whether there is an alternative way to access all the missing participant's lists per meeting? I am the admin of our zoom account and I can still access it the last time I checked, but now, I cannot access anything anymore. I badly need those data. I hope someone from Zoom can actually let us know whether the issue can be resolved immediately or not. That is one of the main reasons why we rely on zoom but it sucks when this happens. Thank you!

I am an online cooking teacher and I usually use my laptop for the main view for students and have my phone on a tripod for the closeup view. I then spotlight both views so my students see only these and not the gallery view when I'm teaching. It works well. I am doing a Ukraine fundraiser next week and have 50 people attending! I want to use a monitor so I can have the spolights for the students as usual but on the 2nd monitor I want to have the gallery view so I can see them all. I don't want to just change the view for myself on the laptop because I also want to record the class and would like the two spotlights recorded, not the gallery view. Is this possible? And if yes, how do I set everything up? Thanks!

I recently upgraded my 8 year old PC to a distinctly more powerful one. On the old one I could show 49 participants (I know how this is set) but on the new more powerful one I am limited to 25. My new PC uses an Intel i3-12100 processor. I think Zoom need to update the list of PCs to reflect the new processors, which is at The new 12th generation processor has 4 cores and is way more powerful than ANY 4th generation i5 or i7. You can easily look up the relative performance tables. This restriction has a negative effect on my use of Zoom. Please update this out-of-date list and remove this unnecessary restriction.
