Hello,
I have enabled the request to unmute in personal and account settings but I still can't unmute participants as a host.
Anybody has an idea?

I want to set "join with computer audio" and"video/camera on" as the default for all my account holders. The only documentation I've found has to do with individual account defaults. I'd appreciate hearing from you if you know how to create these settings. tia mark

After updating my Zoom to Mac Version: 5.9.6 (4993) now when people choose "Original Sound On" my sound volume drops significantly - even though all of my volume settings are on maximum. I need to use Original Sound because I am teaching voice and I can't have the Zoom filters trying to edit out the high notes! Please someone help me.... I feel like I'm going deaf!

How do I correct the following problem? CptHost.exe is using EXCHCSP.DLL from an unknown publisher. Are you sure you want to run this software? I keep getting this prompt when I attempt to share my PowerPoint presentations during my virtual class time.

When I am in a zoom meeting with my Samsung Galaxy S21 it does not fill the rectangle box on the zoom meeting. I have been researching and have exhausted my resources. Does anyone know how to fix this or if there even is a fix? I have tried checking settings > display > full screen apps and zoom isn't on there Called Verizon I have a presentation soon and would love to get this working. Much thanks

Hi all. I'm working on an integration and am trying to add a module to update meetings. I'm receiving a 200 response but meetings aren't actually being updated with the changes. To debug I'm just trying this in Postman with the following configuration: Request URL: https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me/meetings/[redacted] Method: PATCH Headers: Request Body: The meeting ID I'm using is valid and as you can see this is a very basic update. I'm just trying to get this one simple change working before expanding what can be updated. Any assistance is appreciated!{

The documentation clearly states: To download: Say what? I am the only user, that means I'm the admin...WTF Zoom?
Note: If accessing the recording as an admin, downloading cloud recordings is not an option.
