When I get to work, the first thing I have to do is log into the company firewall so that I can have access to the internet. Zoom, when it has no access, will throw up splash screen after splash screen warning me of connection errors, always in front of all my other windows. Is there a way to turn those warnings off, or at least minimize them to the system tray so they don't get in the way of trying to log into services?

I started using the dual monitors option, using a TV as the second monitor (showing the participants in gallery view) and my laptop (showing the shared screen).

I add twice an issue regarding the sound of the shared document, and since I was in the middle of a meeting I decided to stop the dual monitor and stay with my laptop only.

When I disconnected the second monitor, I had the following problem: it seemed like both "screens" were on the laptop - the gallery view of the participants and the shared screen. Therefore, on the shared screen, I couldn't see the participants like in a regular meeting (there are only 5 participants).

Is it possible to fix the problem without ending the meeting and starting a new one?

With the host permission, I was allowed to screen share, but I was unable to see my different desktops for screen share in Windows 11.  I am able to see all of my desktops on my Macbook pro, but the Windows version only showed me my primary desktop, not others.  Is there a reason?

I just switch over from a Windows PC to a Mac.  I'm using Outlook for Mac as my email and calendaring app, but using a Gmail email/calendar account.  I cannot get an emailed Zoom meeting to show up in my Outlook calendar.  And for that matter, it doesn't show up in my Zoom app schedule either.  I have searched for answers but can't find anything that helps.

As per the message pinned in the old zoom app on a chromebook, it is advised to move to the PWA app. All well and good, and my chromebook is now running with the PWA zoom.  However it seems very vanilla compared to the previous app that was running.  First and foremost, simply joining a personal one on one meeting, you must enter the meeting ID every single time whereas before there was the meeting history drop down list you could just pick and choose and only need to enter the password. I cant seem to find any option to have this as before.  The PWA join meeting  screen does not have any drop down or any other options at all other than it waiting for the meeting ID every time. These are not scheduled meetings either.  Seems like a very simple thing to have from before.  What am I missing?

We have weekly meetings with members that rotate every few months. I.e. One member rotates off and another rotates on. We'd also like anyone to be able to record in case not everyone can attend each meeting. Ideally, we'd also like the cloud recordings go to a centralized location and not the meeting organizer since the original organizer will eventually rotate off.

Our current approach is to have one member set up the meeting and include current members as co-hosts. Every rotation, we update the list of co-hosts. Once the original organizer rotates off, a current member creates a new meeting and the cycle starts again. (Side note: we've learned not to create the meetings with the Google Calendar plug-in because those meetings don't seem to show up in the Zoom control panel so we can't edit them.)

This approach is not bad but it means the recordings are scattered among different accounts. If possible, it would be nice to, for example, schedule all these meetings in a central account and simply update the list of co-hosts each rotation. But I understand a shared account is against the terms of service and I'm not sure if there are checks in place to ensure concurrent meetings can't happen on the same account (even if the account holder doesn't attend).

Is there a better way to manage this?

When in my Personal Zoom Room,  I wait but no-one turns up.  But guests are in the waiting room with the message to 'wait till host starts meeting'.  They email me to tell me, but I can't let them in because I have no sign that they are there.

This is a new problem.  Admitting people from the waiting room has worked perfectly for three years. and has suddenly failed.
