Noise supression feature on Android

Today, i tried to use Zoom Android app for an online 1on1 teaching session on my Samsung S7+ with Sony WF1000XM3 Earbuds. The Noise Supression feature failed badly, all the crowd and music sound at Starbucks totally destroyed us, to be honest. There appears to be no supression levels like Windows in settings menu. Am i missing something?

Hi @sevkettunc , thanks for your contribution!

Noise suppression on mobile does have some limitations as you cannot dictate how aggressive the suppression of noise is like you can on your desktop. Currently, you need to disable the toggle for "Use Original Sound" in your Zoom app meetings settings on your mobile device to enable the mobile noise suppression, though as stated, it will have some limitations depending on how loud the background noise can be.

I hope this helps! If this answered your question please click Accept as Solution.
