How to disable the waitingroom when all passcodes seem to be turned on

Hi,

Since the setting 'Require that all meetings are secured with one security option' is now mandatory I want to use a passcode for people to join our zoom sessions so that we can disable the waitingroom, but this doesn't work. I've enabled all settings about passcode and I've disabled the setting for the waitingroom, but that doesn't help. So how to disable the waitingroom?

I would also like to make one  single passcode for our personal meeting ID, is that possible?

Kind regards,

Student Meditation

To set a single passcode for your personal meeting ID, open the Zoom web portal: https://YOURDOMAINHERE.zoom.us/profile. Then select the Meeting tab, followed by Personal Room. Here you can enable and customise your passcode.
It's also possible that your personal settings don't match up with the settings set by your admin. I would recommend checking your personal settings here to see if any need to be reset or customised: https://YOURDOMAINHERE.zoom.us/profile/setting
