how do I make my photo appear rather than my name when I do stop video?

When I click "stop video",  my name is displayed rather than my photo. My photo is posted OK on my zoom profile. How do I make my photo appear rather than just my name?

I've had my profile photo in since I first began to use Zoom. It used to display when I "stop video", but it no longer does so. Why? Please help me fix it. thank you.
