Lately, when I hold a meeting I get a repetition during a conversation of a person. I've checked with all in the meeting to be sure no external speakers are too loud or too close to a mic and still it occurs. I have my echo setting to aggressive to no avail...any suggestions?

Hi to everyone! I have been trying to send a zoom meeting by outlook for 254 attendees; I set configuration for meeting and when I click on send scheduling window appears but meeting never it send, this windows remains for until 15 minutes until I cancel it. When I try to save the meeting the same happens and I cannot save it. Also I did Windows update and still not working. Any one can give me some guidance? Thanks in advance!

Hello! i reinstalled the app, looked up For Any updates At my audio and i did everything i Could. My laptop is a new one and there is no problem with the microphone and speaker from it. They are working on other apps. how can i slove it ?

Hi everyone I need to be able to play some background music while the speaker is speaking, but in reality it would also serve me as listening music before the meeting, what can I do? When I share a screen I would like the participants not to show up to others. I just want them to see the video I am showing. If it matters I have duel screens and I show the video on screen #2. I tried it on screen #1 but it also shows everyone to them. This makes their tablet screens smaller. Some have asked can we just see the video only. I have not found out the answer.

My colleague started a meeting, transferred hosting duties to another participant and left the meeting. She then attempted to start another scheduled meeting but kept getting the message that the Host has another meeting in progress. I'm sure I've transferred hosting duties in the past, left the meeting and started another one, but maybe I'm not remembering correctly.
Can one start meeting #1, transfer hosting duties to another participate, leave meeting #1, and then start meeting #2?

Is there a way to adjust the settings to allow Teleconference attendees into a meeting without passcode while simultaneously requiring Video participants to use a passcode?
I have two separate accounts (basic and licensed). I sent out a zoom meeting on my basic and forgot it is limited to 40 minutes. Can I can the host from my basic account to the licensed account so I don't time out at 40 minutes? Thanks.
