Hello. I work with singers. I "thought" one of my students was hearing what I played on my keyboard one full step lower than I played it. But when I listen to the playback of the recording, she is singing exactly what I played. In the live session I am hearing her sing it a step lower. I can tell something is wrong with the audio, because my voice sounds unusual, though the keyboard sounds right. Hard to explain. I was blaming all of this on her end. The lesson I gave immediately following that lesson matched up perfectly. The prior week, the student with whom I had the mismatched audio and I had perfectly matched audio. Please tell me what to do to avoid this problem. Thank you!!!!

Hi, Prior to December 2021, "meeting registration reports" were much more comprehensive. Since then Meeting registration reports have changed on Zoom (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/216378603-Meeting-registration-and-polling-reports). It seems like only the following is now available: Does anyone know if it is possible to get more participant information (e.g. join time, participant start time/end time) on a report? If so, how?

Hi zusammen, ich versuche es mal auf deutsch, ob die Frage sich vielleicht schnell klären lässt. Beruflich nutzen wir Zoom Pro und zahlen den Beitrag jährlich. Die nächste Rechnung ist am 27. April fällig, das wird auch in meinem Zoom-Konto so angezeigt. Kann ich trotzdem den Jahresbeitrag schon im Februar bezahlen? Muss ich bei der Überweisung was beachten? Was ich natürlich nicht möchte, ist, dass sich dadurch der Abozeitraum eventuell verschiebt. Also, wenn ich im Februar zahle, dass das neue Abo dann sofort beginnt und nicht erst Ende April wie es jetzt der Fall ist. Danke für eure Antworten! Gruß

I was using the MmmHmm app and things were going great but when I saw the recording it was tiny and square and not my usual Zoom size. Do you have any idea why that happened and how I can fix it?
Hello everyone. I integrated Zoom LTI Pro into our Open Edx instance. I have a problem, I think it’s worth describing it: Teacher 1 creates Unit 1 with the Zoom LTI component for Group 1. Group 1 does not see the Unit of Group 2. This is true in reverse as well. But, group 1 sees in its (Unit 1) meetings of both units. And Group 2 also sees in its Unit 2 meetings of both groups. Is it possible to do this?
Teacher 2 creates Unit 2 with the Zoom LTI component for Group 2.
I want every group to see their meetings.
I didn’t find anything that I could do. Zoom support responds for several weeks. I will be grateful for any hint.

Hi all, I just made a conference call and try to record twice a sequence of the conference call. Sequences are quiet long and therefore huge. I asked the system to save them under my local computer. Now, I do see some "doubleclicktoconvert_1" and "doubleclicktoconvert_2", but when I click, it seems to quickly start and then nothing happens. I tried the techniques using to get zTscoder.exe, and it does the same. Very strangely, i do not see those two recordings under the Zoom application!!!! Any help? Are my files too big (794 Ko and 1288615 Ko) and it will never work? should i be patient and it will take a few days to pop up? Or should I gave up ? Thanks for any tips and help.

We scheduled a meeting April 1st, but not showing in Previous. We can see the usage report for it but not the Previous history and there is no recording.
We checked the host computer and it was not recorded local.
Is it really all lost?
My virtual backgrounds are not uploading and I have a Mac version 10.15.7. Please help
Over the past 2 days, my zoom chromebook app (from chrome webstore) says my internet connection is unstable, but I have Fibe to my house and all the tests show very high speed. Up to now there have been no problems with zoom and this app. As a result of this, sound cuts out and video freezes. I wonder if this relates to zoom discontinuing support for the this app? From what I am reading the progressive web app has a lot of probblems. Just wondering what others are experiencing with chromebooks at this time.
