Hi - spent some time both with Apple and Zoom support - I'm having a problem with video in Zoom on my new Mac Studio with Studio monitor. The video freezes, or has ridiculous latency. I don't have this problem with FaceTime so it appears limited to Zoom. They are not sure when they will have an update. If anyone has found a way around this pls let me know!

I've go over 200 recorded videos and what to free up some storage space.. Is there a way to sort the recordings by size so that I don't have to go through all of the videos in order to find the bigger ones?

I went into my Profile and changed my screen name, but when I join a meeting hosted by someone else my old screen name is the one the shows up.
Anyone know how to fix this?
When I activate screen sharing - I get video problems - flashing screen, and not seeing video feeds incoming.
Basic users can no longer have more than 40 minutes 1:1 meetings. Check this article for more details.

I am using a Mac with latest Zoom client and a paid account. I am trying to request control from someone else on my meeting. They are sharing their screen and I made them a co-host. Request control does not show under view options and when I click the new SUPPORT button, it says "Support Session is not available to the current participant. How can I enable and use this feature

I have an issue with screenshare, ther is timeout every 10 minutes, could you help me figuring that out?
I have a business account user running a Basic license that has scheduled a meeting. I upgraded her to a paid license after the meeting was scheduled. Will the existing meeting automatically be upgraded from Basic to licensed? Or would we need to cancel the meeting and reschedule it now that the user account is licensed?
