I send the link to others

They cannot join the meeting, because the password does not work.

I want to disable the password (enable waiting room) but the option to do so is grayed out in my settings. It states i must be an 'admin' or 'owner'

I am the only user of the account, so i should be the owner. 

Please supply a solution, i am going crazy here

I have a free account and have successfully invited people to join via computer but two people who only have phones don't seem to be getting the invites or my text messages with the codes on them. Do I have to have a paid account?  I got feedback one time that there are too many people trying to invite people who are using their phones so  I need a paid account, but haven't been able to find verification of this. I send text messages to them and they literally disappear.

I am sharing a recording of a session which I saved to the Zoom cloud. I have set it so that I can share with others for 3 days and have ticked to stop them from downloading the recording however when I test it is still downloadable? Anyone have any ideas?

I've been deploying Zoom using the MSI and configuration switches to pre-configure some of our org's preferences. 

I now see that Zoom has Admin Templates to use with Active Directory GPO. The admin templates provide much more control than the MSI switches do, and there's even some overlap with some of the settings that can also be configured by the MSI switches.

Does anyone know what the order of preference is for Zoom settings? I'd like to stop adding the customization via the MSI switches, and control my settings via GPO going forward.

Due to having used the MSI switches in the past, my entire fleet already has a lot of the settings setup in the ZoomUMX registry keys.  I see that the AD Admin Templates use the traditional Microsoft 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoom' location in the registry for settings.

Do I need to clear those ZoomUMX settings to make sure that the settings I want to control always come from the ones pushed by the GPO Admin Template, or will the admin template settings always "win"?
