Exactly what is being "processed"when a recorded meeting is being "converted"? In all my recorded meetings, the images (jpg, png, etc. are all far too dark. How can their lighting be adjusted without having to download and improve them using external software? I need to keep my videos in the cloud and share them with links.

Our entire company Pro account was switched to basic this morning. We have fully paid for the licenses and are getting no response from Zoom despite several calls today and emails. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how can I get through to someone to fix it?!

I just purchased a Logitech C920 webcam to use with an external monitor for my Windows 11 laptop. The video works great, but the microphone isn't working. Zoom detects the webcam microphone and will use it as its audio source, but the result is silent. This is true both using the Test Microphone function in Settings as well as in a meeting. The webcam microphone works fine with the Windows Sound Recorder app, so it's not a hardware issue. Any suggestions for how to make it work in Zoom?

Hi all, I have an enterprise account with Zoom and am trying to figure out how to enable the translation of auto captions in a meeting. I've enabled all the items on my account, but the language option does not appear in the cc options in the meeting. Please advise. Thanks!

Does anyone know if Zoom saves the transcriptions of a meeting for non-recorded meetings? We are hoping to turn on transcriptions for confidential meetings but we do not want a record of the transcription to be saved anywhere.

I am trying to resolve an issue where the saved global dial-ins (Canada, US, UK, Croatia) are not showing up in my meeting/email invites. Its only showing my local UK numbers. Any thoughts

I run a consultancy and need to extend my current Zoom Pro to Business to pilot a project. I only have one licence and I don't need more than one but the Business plan has 10 licences minimum. This is OTT for me as a small business.
I'm using a 2015 MacBook, running a dual core i5 processor, and running Zoom version 5.12.3. I have no Blur option available. Any help would be appreciated.
