Hi, I am using a virtual background with a green screen. With one of my licensed accounts I have a problem with the camera view changing when the participants enter. I have it set up in advance so that the students can just see me with the virtual background. But then when other participants enter, the camera view switches to a wider version so that everyone can see the area on the right and left of my green screen. This happens even when I click on original ratio. The participants 16:9 seems to override my 4:3. How can I get the camera view to stay in the original ratio, regardless of what the participants have? Oddly enough, I have another account and when I use that account, I don`t have this problem. The camera view stays the same. However, I can`t find any settings that are different! I would be very happy if someone could help me because the view changing is not very professional. I have actually had to stop using the virtual background with this account because of this issue.

When given the Scheduling Privileges of another person's account, it'd be extremely helpful to access Usage Reports on their meetings too. And, it's unreasonable to think that an acceptable workaround is to make employees admins at a 500-1000-person company. This type of access should be included in Scheduling Privileges for follow-up purposes of meetings.

Hi guys, dunno if this been asked before Lets just say that I have a room with a 100 participants inside Then I wanna to break it into smaller 10 person room, but I only make 9 rooms, and the rest of 10 people stay in main rooms Then I assign manually the 90 persons into 9 room. lets just that, from 90 persons that I assign manually, half of it away from keyboard and never got into the room after a while, I decide to call back all participant into main room. So I decide to close breakout room. after a while (1 minute?), everyone should be back. but in reality, not everyone back the question is, is there a way to "force close" and pull everyone back, whether they away from keyboard or not thanks

With the new update of Zoom, I have not been able to find out how to make someone a co-host in a meeting. I have looked through all the setting discussions and instructions of what Zoom gives you but it's not there. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Or does it not exist anymore? Thanks, all!

I always use the Google Calendar integration to "Make it a Zoom Meeting" when I schedule a call. Recently, it has been generating 2 different Zoom links, resulting in attendees jumping into different rooms. This has happened to a few of my teammates as well so it's not just my account. Is anyone else experiencing this, and know how to fix it?
