Transferring Account Ownership After Previous Owner Account Has Been Closed

My previous boss left without completing the account transfer on my organization's Zoom account. I have access to their emails and have taken the steps to request ownership but their account is no longer active. Is there a way to work around this and finalize my account ownership status?
