When I share my screen the monitor starts flickering. I'd tried changing the settings but it didn't help and today it happened again. Is there any solution to this problem?
Is there a way to see a full week or month's worth of webinars and meetings. My team shares an account to schedule our department public webinars and internal meetings and often times they overlap or something runs overtime - which causes problems. Staff have requested an easy way to see all meetings and webinars in one place, like a google calendar view. We don't have the option of syncing with our google calendars or with another program like calendly - and having the feature in zoom would be very, very helpful. Any ideas?

My Zoom invites are going out to 15 people once a month...there are 10 people who say they can't get into the Zoom meeting that I sent out...what am I doing wrong?
I have scheduled various meetings on a weekly recurring basis. When I look at the meetings scheduled for January 2022, three of the meetings are not showing. The end date of all the recurring meetings scheduled are for August 2022, however, some do not show in my list of meetings. Any ideas why this could be? Thanks

Hello. When I create a recurring meeting with registration, I can choose for participants to register once and attend all meetings or to have to regiter to each individual meeting. My question is: if I opt for the first case (one-time only registration) will I get reports of who was in the meeting for all the recurring meetings or just for the first one? Will this report always tell me when the participant entered and left the room and which meetings he did indeed attend? BEST

Hi there. I know that by default, an assigned co-host does not have access to Cloud recordings, and are not sent the email notifications that the recording is ready. I have read that you can adjust the cloud recording emails to also be sent to the co-host, but despite searching I can't see where this is in Settings. Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to put a time marker on meeting recording during the meeting? It would be useful to be able to mark a key discussion point in a meeting that can easily be located from the meeting recording.
Hi, I had a very weird problem. I have a couple of video clips in my presentation (in MS Powerpoint). I tested sharing screen (the 'share computer sound' and 'optimize for video clips' were both checked), and some of the sounds could not be heard by the audience. The problem is specific to my Lenovo laptop (I've tried sharing it from another computer, which worked just fine). I also tried playing the sound directly from another audio player, it also worked fine. So I'm guess it's the problem with MS Powerpoint? It's weird that some sounds could be shared, some couldn't, although all sounds were playable from my laptop. I've updated everything I could. Does anyone have ideas about the potential cause? Thanks!

While I am very excited about the expanded poll options with advanced polls, I cannot find any information about whether these additional formats are accessible to people who use screen readers or other assistive technology. Is there any documentation or information about the accessibility of the rating scale, fill-in-the-blank, long answer, short answer, rank order or matching question formats?
