When you log in to your account, he writes that you need to confirm on another device, but the device has been gone for a long time. With the method of sending the code to the mail, it does not come. When registering a new account, it gives the error "network connection failure". Has anyone encountered such a problem?

We have been using the Moodle LTI Pro integration successfully for over a year. We now notice that when we create a new ZOOM LTI activity in Moodle, Cloud recordings and Previous meetings from unrelated courses are appearing. We have created brand new courses and added an LTI activity, but cloud recordings from over a year ago appear. We have noticed that if we delete the ZOOM LTI activity and then recreate it, recordings from a course with the next incremental course id to the previous course appear. This is very strange behaviour and we cant understand why it happens but we can replicate it. Anyone have any ideas why this happens or any similar reports of it happening?

I am having trouble converting and retrieving recorded meetings. When I try, it shows security & privacy; privacy; files & folders; Google Chrome; downloads, documents, and desktop folders; zoom.us; downloads folders. All of those are checked but nothing else can be done. I want to retrieve all the recordings for transcription.

With working with Polling Reports I sort them, after downloading, by name and polling number. That way I can quickly identify how many polling questions each person has answered. Is it possible to have the report already sorted by Attendee, then by question number?

I have a mixed in person and online zoom meeting. When someone who is there in person asks a question - the people in the zoom portion complain that they cannot hear the question. How are people solving this issue? I\m using my laptop so the mic is facing me as I face the pc and the folks in the room are behind the laptop so the mic does not pick up what they are saying. Is there a simple solution to this short of my repeating the question?

Hello, New to Zoom and community. Received an email saying Zoom will be implementing new Software Lifecycle Policy on November 5, 2022. How do I know if I need to migrate to the Zoom Progressive Web Application (PWA)? And if so, how do I do that? download something? Thanks.

Hi Team, I changed the user's License status from Licensed (type : 2 ) to Basic (type : 1). For that user already SSO has been enabled in org. Even after the license type changed user is able to sign in with SSO. But I heard like basic plan doesn't allow SSO type authentication. Can u please advice on this.
