I have a pro account which I pay for but it seems when I arrange a meeting it only gives me the option of  3 times which are 1 hr, 1 hr.30 mins or 1 hr.45 mins.    I thought I could stay on a meeting for 3 hours?    Please can anyone tell me how I can extend these times if it is possible or do I have to pay more money to upgrade from a pro account to a business ?????    Can I say that I only use video meetings and with less than 40 people at any one time.

When I call the 0800 number for help they ask for my meeting number which I have but then they ask me for a 6 digit number in my profile which I am unable to find so I am also unable to get help from them.

I used Zoom multiple times and never had any problems, and suddenly two days it began to crash. It always happens the same way : I log on a a meeting, and when it tries to use my webcam, it freezes and does not response.

The only way I can use Zoom is y logging on my web browser, my camera doesn't work but it do not freeze. If I go to the video parameters, it freezes and does not response. Also, my microphone does not work. I can only hear and use the chat.

I've already reinstalled Zoom multiple times (even older version), it doesn't do anything, I've also updated graphic cards & camera drivers. I've also checked and my camera and mic do work.

Until now, I haven't been able to find a solution to my problem anywhere, so if anyone happened to have the same problem, I'll gladly accept any help.

 I have set up the zoom call, and when we tried to call with the dial-in numbers and meeting ID and passcode, the announcement asked me to enter the meeting ID and then have no answer.

Normally it used to ask me the meeting ID, participant ID and then the passcode so that I can join the zoom via call.

Why wasn't it working??

I have tested with another zoom link I have set up, but it worked well. but the one I have set up for 5:00 pm KST didn't work.

Currently I am working on service base website I want to get the Premium account for my website Karlo Garage door stand gates chino hills for customer support purpose and I also want to integrate the zoom on my website. How can I do this? Need help regarding this.

I have been using Zoom for a year.  In the last week to 10 days I am having issues if I schedule a meeting to get every one in the same place at the same time.  I have been been setting the meetings up using my meeting ID but it seems like I am in one place and they are in another.

If I use the link in my email invite, it lets me join as a participant but not as host. (I used the zoom app to schedule the meeting and send the invites)

What is going on---I look like an idiot which is going to cost me business!

This happens about once a week, and it started about two months ago. 

System: MS Surface notebook + Windows 10 + latest updates (Windows and Zoom) installed.

What happens: I start Zoom meeting and share my screen. I am alone in the session, waiting for participants to show up. Nobody is has yet joined. 

Suddenly, the screen freezes and both the keyboard and the mouse are frozen. That may last for up to 10 minutes.

Then as suddenly, it unfreezes and "catches up". I mean that I can see all the mouse movements and keyboard strikes I typed while it was frozen  passing very quickly. Once, I was running a video when it froze, and the video ran very quickly when it unfroze.  After it has "caught up", things run normally.

Observation: It has not happened after people have joined the meeting, but it does not give me a warm feeling.

So far, I have reinstalled Zoom and I have disabled Hardware Acceleration.

Anyone seeing that problem?
