Poll Questions
Is there a way that I can save my poll questions within Zoom so that I can use them for a meeting in the future, instead of entering them every time?
Thank you.

Hello, This is a question as a meeting participant. Until very recently at the beginning of each meeting I would receive a permission box asking if I would like the host to be able to automatically unmute me during the meeting. I would select No and so each and every time the host wanted to unmute me I would need to physically unmute myself - even within the same meeting. This is a necessary feature in our circumstances. However I no longer get a permission box come up on log in and the host is able to unmute me themselves. I have the setting to 'Request permission to unmute' in the "In Meeting (Advanced)' tab turned on, but it doesn't seem to address this issue. Where do I find the setting to put it back as it was so that hosts need me to physically unmute myself every time? Thank you

Description: How can I capture an event when participant is in WAITING ROOM, currently we have event for IN MEETING and LEAVE MEETING. but I am not getting event when participant is in Waiting Room, thus I am unable to show it in our integration with Zoom Rooms. Problem Statement: Not getting waiting Room Event, when user is in waiting Room, it directly giving response as user is IN_MEETING. Expectations: We are expecting an event for waiting room, so that I can show it to my integration with zoom room, that who is in waiting room. Device and platform Description : “Platform”: "Mac OS” We are working with zoom room CLI integration.

I don't know why I did it but on the Cloud Recordings page, I went to download a recording, of my daughter's funeral. I checked the recording and hit the export button in the upper right-hand corner. It downloaded it into an excel file. Obviously, that was not going to work. When I went back to download the file the right way it was all broken up into many small files that didn't even show the event. Is there any way to get the original recording file back? What it looks like now. The export button in the upper right-hand corner is the one I originally pushed, circled.

Hello. Several months ago I played with my settings and somehow screwed something up. Before, attendees could get into the room before me/the host without a passcode. Now - They either have to input a passcode or are put in a waiting room. Can you tell me what I need to check on or off? I've tried clicking that thing that says passcode is embedded in link, but even without waiting room clicked on, they are ending up in a waiting room. Thanks!

Yesterday my zoom started closing down the meetings at 40 minutes, even though there are only 2 of us. I thought it was just a glitch, but its doing it again today. It's embarrassing and inconvenient. There don't appear to have been any changes to the terms and conditions to explain this. The basic account says 3 or more for a 40 minute limit. Any ideas?

I made a "normal" zoom recording with 2 people but not in gallery format. Is it possible to transform this recording into a gallery format?
Hi, I own a fixed IP address at the office given by my ISP (Movistar) the IP address is 80.28.235.27 If I open a browser from that IP to https://zoom.us it is directly blocked. But if I change my IP and use dynamic IP of sharing phone internet connection everything is fine. For some unknown reason that IP is blocked. It is interesting to mention that the IP is NOT in any blacklist and has never been used for spam. Also, it is blocked since more than a month now (maybe since ever?) So, we cannot use zoom.us services from the office Hope someone from zoom can take a look at the reason for this! Regards (from my phone connection) Ignacio

I am completely baffled by the fact that my account has only 1 GB of recording and in order to upgrade, the next level is 100 GB for $40/month. Am I am missing a way to get additional storage that is a reasonable upgrade (like 10 GB) at a reasonable monthly fee? It makes no sense that the next level upgrade on a $149 account would be $480. Am I missing something? Is there any other options that make sense for a small business?
