we make live streaming discussion board for ppl, where is 2-4 speakers and all other ppl is muted and only watching. Sure, we know how to change personal background behind every speakers but question is if there a way change this black strips up and down on shared screen - my idea is put some kind of wallpaper behind speakers. And if yes, its depends any license or addon etc?

To make this modification it is not about any complement or license, rather you have 2 possibilities.
At the time of retransmission, capture the zoom rtmp (basically the retransmission sends the signal of the content that is broadcast) and edit it before being broadcast live.

All this can be done using software such as OBS.
