Hi,

I have a work profile set up and when I click on links to a zoom meeting from my Android Outlook, it takes me to my the work profile instance of Microsoft Edge.

From there, I'm stuck at the Launch Meeting page and when I click that, nothing ever happens.

When I try to download from Google Play or Zoom, it indicates that I cannot download or install or that my phone is incompatible.

However, my personal Zoom is fine and I use that with no issues.

I haven't heard of others in my organization having this Zoom access issue so trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong or if I am inherently limited.

We have multiple environments with different domains for our production, so we wanted to add multiple redirect URLs to the Zoom Oauth app. But currently, an Oauth App supports only one redirect URL per application, so is there any way we can add multiple Redirect URLs to an Oauth app?

I'm not sure when this started, but the Gallery View recording in the cloud shows all of the participants only when there is not a spotlighted participant. When a participant is spotlighted, only that speaker is shown in the gallery view  cloud recording. I have selected these recording settings:

We have users who have had to transfer their accounts from the individual level to our Education account. With this transfer, the old settings the user has established do not change when added to our groups. 

I found in a KB article that the settings don't get updated when previously modified by a user. "Most settings are controlled individually rather than as a group, with each option controlled by its own toggle. If you enable a setting at the account level, that becomes the default setting for all groups and users in the account unless the setting had been previously disabled by a group or user."

Is it possible to avoid this scenario? Or somehow override those existing individual settings to match our account?

I want to change the  virtual background in windows 10 on a basic account but the option of selecting a background is not showing. I've got the tag slid along to enable virtual backgrounds but am not being offered in Settings a place to upload an image or blur a background. The list of options in the video aren't appearing...

This has been extremely frustrating as ZOOM admin have not been helpful.

I used to have a premium account for work meetings (work would not pay for this [long story}) I no longer work there and have closed my premium account down, yet they are still using my meeting links for meetings. I know this because i get emails advising of the people who are logging into the meeting. 

I would have thought when i stopped subscribing to ZOOM the meeting links would be disabled. 

How do i stop these links being used? 

Can a breakout room have the following features (preassigned would be best)

1) it's own waiting room 

 - I have a large group of people that need to meet with different individuals, one at a time, during a specific time frame and want to be sure they don't all join a breakout room at the same time in order to maintain confidentiality

2)When I start the meeting can people automatically go into the breakout room instead of my zoom room if they are preassigned to a breakout room.

3) can a breakout room have it's own host that can manage it's own waiting room (if a breakout room can have its own waiting room)

Is there a way to invite someone to only one instance of a recurring meeting?  In other words, is there a way to generate a generic link which would allow someone access for only one meeting?  Most specifically, I have several recurring meetings and want to allow someone to sign in one time to any of those meetings.
