I'm not able to access a shared recording, but the problem just started.  When I clicked on the link the first few times, I was brought to a page where I can add the passcode and access the recording. Now when I click on the link, I'm just brought to my Zoom homepage. Any suggestions?

When entering custom registration questions, why is there no option for multiple answers for a meeting (not webinar)? There are only "Short Answer" and "Single Answer."

Can a "Multiple Answer" option be added? Seems essential to me, and strange not to be there already. I have several questions that are of the "check all that apply" variety, but that doesn't work with single answer question types.

See my attached screen grab. The Multiple Answer option is conspicuously absent. (It would fit beautifully in the empty space. 😉)

I programmed a recurring meeting in the APP, and it shows in it, as well as in my sincronized calendar, but It doesn't show either in the website nor on the computer APP. I've refreshed many times; logged out and logged back again, Reinstalled the apps, but I still can't see it. 

I am an administrator for our club's Zoom account.  sometimes when I create a meeting (or make a change to the meeting), an automated email goes out to some of the members of the club letting them know about the zoom meeting.  However, I have not enabled anything to send those notices (that I'm aware of) and it doesn't necessarily go to the correct group for that specific meeting.  Is there something I can do to disable this feature?

How many Concurrent Meetings can someone have?  I have heard mixed answers.  I talked to someone in support, and he said he could increase the limit from 2 to 10 without any change in plan or price.  I know that there is a Concurrent meeting Plus which is more money and has a limit of 20.  So can all my Zoom accounts be moved to 10 with any change of plan or price.  If not, why is the support line say we can?

For the first time since setting to auto save in-meeting chats to my local computer, I hopped out of a Zoom meeting and no chat file in my local Zoom folder.  Did something change in the latest update? Such great information lost because I didn't realize Zoom had stopped auto-saving.  It used to auto-save for meetings I hosted and those I was only a participant.  Anyone have any ideas on if this is an official change or a glitch in the matrix, LOL?

Lors de mes trois dernières rencontres, elles ont été interrompues aux 15-20 minutes: la réunion fige 1 minute, elle revient puis le lien coupe complètement avant de revenir par elle-même 1 minute plus tard.  La coupure et le retour se produisent sans que je fasse une intervention quelconque.  Pendant tout ce temps, je perds de nombreuses informations.  J'ai vérifié ma mise à jour et on m'indique qu'elle est correcte.  J'ai fait le test offert par Zoom pour vérifier l'état de fonctionnement de mon application et tout est fonctionnel.  J'ai des parents qui travaillent ou naviguent sur internet pendant mes réunions et ils ne vivent pas de coupures internet pendant ce temps.

La situation est très frustrante !
