Hello,

On the 28th of July 2022 I made a local recording of Zoom session. It's still in the list, but I can't open it any more. It says: error 124. I really need this recording. Does anybody know how can I solve this problem?

I used iPad as my only computing device for years. Zoom did support breakout room control features in previous build but it has been taken away for months. I have been a registered user for the past two years. I need to ask others to help me to be host so that I can use the breakout room funcitons. Please add back this crucial features for the app users. Thanks. 

Outstanding question:

is there any mechanism to get the download links for all videos within trash?

With the new limitations on cloud storage, all my recordings have automatically gone to the trash folder. I risk losing all of my work (300+ webinars) due to this.

The recovery process is a torture: I'm forced to recover one meeting at a time, then download, then move to trash and start again. 

Can anyone provide guidance?

For past couple months, my air pods have stopped working with zoom app on my Mac Book Air.  

I have tried repairing air pods, reinstalling the app, making sure settings in Mac allows access to audio by Zoom app, making sure zoom app audio settings are correct.  

It was working great until couple months ago!  So frustrating.  

TIA for any tips/suggestions.  

In the last several meetings, the name of some of the attendees is showing up as the name for other attendees. Then when I generate a participant report, the same name is repeated multiple times. I'm attaching one of the reports here. I've deleted their last names and email addresses for privacy. 

These reports are going to an administrator who uses them to give the attendees credit for participation. So, it's critical the reports are accurate. 

Anyone know why this is happening? How do I fix it?

Meeting ends after 30 hours (active or idle)

• 1 host, no participant
• 1 host, 1 participant
• 0 host, 2 participants (join before host)

Meeting ends after 40 minutes (active or idle)

• 1 host, 2 participants or more at the same time
• 0 host, 3 participants or more at the same time (join before host)

Note: If participants leave the meeting and join again before their first connection is fully terminated, it may count them as two different participants and trigger the 40-minute time limit.

So I changed my account to a paid account and add other people to my account as a basic user.

But still they said they have 40 mins limitation with 1-on-1 meetings?

Pls help on this~~
