Zoom Lagging

When i watch other person share screen my whole screen got laggy. Its not my CPU or GPU or my Internet connection i use AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 16 GB ram. Its only zoom that lagged my screen is there any fix for this? i tested on other app for watch other share screen (Discord) and it is completely okay.

the entire zoom call is laggy for me.  Dragging zoom window is very delay like it takes 5 seconds to respond when I drag it.

it seems like it's really an issue with the ryzen 5000 series since I have ryzen 7 5700g
