can't seem to set up closed captioning on my ipad. yes i've been searching around

Hi, pretty new to zoom. My mom's 101, loves it when i call but her hearing is not good at all.I was able to get CC working on my pc and as a host can set up closed captioning which shows well on my host pc but on my ipad, I only see half a sentence a...
