We have a situation regarding Zoom APIs as follows, can you direct it to the relevant software unit for support?

 

We have been using Zoom enterprise as a premium customer for the last couple of years.

We are trying to implement your web services to display our live zoom meeting in iframe through our healthcare professional  (HCP) portal: dozdigital.com

 

However, we are facing a serious UX problem in our portal which we think is to do with Zoom Services:

 

In our portal the HCP (user) signs up and logs in & after confirmation is directed to the page to join to meeting button we designed.

Then the user is asked for a registration confirmation from zoom:

At this step the users credentials (name, surname, email) are pulled from our web site correctly.

After register and join button is clicked the user switches to the below page:

At this step the service asks the end user to go to his / her email and copy paste the zoom link here.

However this is not an acceptable UX for our purposes.

As you may understand many users will log out or think the service is not working at this point

Instead, at this point, the user is supposed to see the join button directly after registration.

 

How can the zoom service be configured this way ?

how to know the IP Address of the participants device after the meeting

I am looking for a detailed report of the participants list of zoom meeting which includes the IP Address and mac address of the devices that they used to join the meeting

Every time I turn on the camera in the meeting it appears normally, but after a few seconds it starts to fail and repeat my image as if it were a gif. but this only happens on zoom´.

I have 2 cameras and I use the background, both show an error in the zoom but it doesn't show an error in any other program.

Today I suddenly stopped hearing anyone on video conferences. I tried all the speakers that work, but all in vain. I can't hear the sound at all. It's not my laptop problem, because I can hear any other sites just fine, but not Zoom. I checked my speakers several times, but to no avail. My camera works, my microphones work (all), but I can't hear anything from Zoom. The version is the latest.

Reinstalling didn't help. The only way to get Zoom to work today is to connect from my phone, which is not very convenient. How can I fix this, because I really need Zoom for my studies. I've never had this problem before, but today it just doesn't work at all.

What to do and how to fix it?

sending meeting invite

When I send a meeting invite the email does not go thru. She does not receive the invite. I CAN send her a message from Gmail separate from Zoom so I know our emails work. ???

I updated Zoom on my personal laptop a month ago and lost the microphone capability, and the app. I now use a USB attached microphone for my Zoom calls, and have to open a downloaded Zoom folder when I want to use it.

I updated Zoom a week ago, and when invited to a Zoom my camera was not working, in addition to having to use a USB microphone.

How can I get my microphone and camera features back?
Can I ever get the App back, so it's easily accessible?

Anyone encounter this issue with not able to enable the video function using my Macbook with Ventura version?  It show three selections  

1) Facetime HD camera ( buildt in)

2) X desk view camera

3) X camera

But when you select one, it remain disable it. I will need to enable the video for my work. Any solutions for this?

Hola tengo 4 cuentas empresariales y lo que que queremos hacer es saber los pasos de como desactivar el icono de zoom apps o Aplicaciones cuando los invitados entre a las reuniones y también queremos saber los pasos a seguir de como desactivar en Zoom el Read.AI y sino se puede (ya que es una aplicación de terceros) como lo puedo bloquear en mi consola de zoom workplace. I just upgraded to the pro version and I have a work email and a personal email. the pro version was purchased under my personal email and I sign in with my personal account. I just scheduled a meeting and the responses are arriving in my WORK email inbox!! How can I make them come to my personal email?

(I plan on retiring at the end of the year, so my work email will go away, so I need to get this resolved asap.

 I am using a Mac computer. I am encountering an issue with my video feed not appearing while screen sharing during Zoom meetings.

I have gone through all the suggested settings, including:

  • Ensuring I am using the latest version of the Zoom application.
  • Checking the operating system version of my computer (macOS).
  • Making sure my camera is turned on and selected correctly in the video settings.
  • Checking the "Optimize for video clip" option in the screen sharing settings.
  • Checking the "Record video during screen sharing" option in the recording settings.

Despite this, when I share my screen, specifically a web page, my video feed does not appear on the screen.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue.
