I have a Logitech c920s webcam running on a Windows 11 laptop. I was using Logitech Capture software to take advantage of picture adjustments, but it's obsolete and has been replaced by LogiTune.
Here's the problem: I can start LogiTune and see the video feed from the camera, but LogiTune shuts down or crashes when I start Zoom. If I start Zoom first and then run LogiTune, the LogiTune software says that the camera is in use with another application (i.e., Zoom).
Is there some way to get LogiTune to work with Zoom? If no one has a solution, I'll have to go back to Logitech Capture.

Here are the steps that worked for me:
1-Open a Zoom meeting and also select your Logitech camera in Zoom.
2-Open Logitune second and also select the same camera. The Logitune software will say that the camera is already in use by another program.
3-Proceed with adjusting the camera in Logitune (focus, white balance, etc.) while observing the effects of your changes on the image showing in Zoom (not in Logitune, which does not show the camera's output unlike Logitech Capture which does display the camera ouput in the app at the same time as the image shows in Zoom.)
I hope this helps, and here is the webpage that helped me get it to work:

I just downloaded logitune and tried using it with Zoom, but I did not see a way to select logitune as the camera in zoom. However, if I open zoom first and then select my Brio logitech camera as the camera in Zoom, when I then open Logitune, it says the camera is in use by another program......but lo and behold the controls in Logitune all are working. I just can't see the changes on the logitune app's window. But the adjustments I make do show up on my video image on Zoom.
Here is the webpage that helped me figure this all out:

Simply put, the steps are:
1-Open Zoom and select your camera in zoom.
2-Open Logitune after opening zoom and select the camera again if you need to.
3-Make adjustments on Logitune, but view the changes on Zoom.
I hope this helps.

Thank you! This is an easy workaround. I am getting better results with LogiTune in several ways. One issue with Capture is that the color balance, even when Auto was turned off, seemed to readjust itself depending what color shirt I was wearing. With certain shirt colors, I appeared to be a corpse:) LogiTune doesn't have this "feature."

Good to know. I just downloaded Logitune as I have a new Brio MX 705 camera being delivered and it is not compatible with Logitech Capture. I look forward to seeing how Logitune works for me with my new camera, especially now that I figured out how to use it on Zoom. I have also noticed that Capture seems to require lots of fiddling to get my skin color looking good. Supposedly, the MX705 even uses AI to get the best results.
