Since Zoom version 6.4.10.2027 and now with Zoom version 6.4.12.2180 on Ubuntu 24.04 my audio settings screen is malformed. For me in Zoom version 6.4.6.1370 is the last version where the audio setting screen is working correct. The problem of the audio setting screen is that the the screen is divided in half because the right vertical slider bar is placed in the middle. Because the screen is cut in half, you can not use the audio setting screen normally. The function which are accessible on the left sight are working normally. How can I fix this problem? Or if it can not be fixed by the community, how can this problem forwarded to technical support. I have a free account.

Sou assinante do zoom. Fiz uma gravação de reunião, mas ao final desliguei a chamada, sem interromper a gravação. Como faço para resgatá-la?
When I'm sharing my screen during my classes, if the students send chat messages, I am not made aware of it. No sound, nothing blinking, etc. I only see that a student has written something half an hour ago. That's a serious problem for me as it's usually related to something we discussed in class - half an hour ago.

Hi all, hope you can help me!
I am unable to see any screens that are shared with me on zoom calls. I have checked settings and everything that I can see is turned on and ready to go.
I only have a basic account but I didn't think this should matter
Thanks in advance

I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 running Zoom 5.17.2
My USB Mixer (Zoom L-8) is connected to my Mac (Mac Studio M1 Ultra) and works great until I open Zoom.
Once I open Zoom my USB Mixer will disconnect and will disappear from my list of sound devices when I try to activate it.
Zoom has permissions to my microphone and camera in the security and privacy settings. It'll work, but just not with my mixer.

Hi,
Yesterday, I made a local recording on my laptop (macOS 12.6.8) of a daily recurrent meeting not hosted by me.When the meeting was over, I left and forgot to convert the recording-I thought I had lost it forever Today, as I joined that same meeting, a message popped up saying something like, "You didn't convert yesterday's recording," and I was given the choice to convert it then or later by going to the folder Meetings > Recorded.Since I was going to record the meeting that was starting, I decided to make the conversion later because I suspected my laptop would not be able to do both things at the same time. When the meeting ended, I left and was prompted to convert the recording that had just happened, which I did. After that, I went to search for yesterday's recording to do the conversion, but I couldn't find it:it wasn´t in the folder Meetings or the folder Recording (and the folder Meetings > Recorded didn't actually exist) on the Zoom desktop client online, nor in the folder Mac: /Users/[user name]/Documents/Zoom. Could it be anywhere else? How can I find it? (I'm using Zoom in Portuguese; I'm sorry if the folder names I'm using aren't totally accurate that´s because I'm translating them). Thanks in advance,Jorge

Hi, I've had a problem with settings on Zoom Workplace for a long time. Zoom app doesn't save my personal settings on my laptop, a MacOS Sequoia Version 15.2 (24C101) I tried a lot of options, all of them with no success. I keep my app updated (the last version is 6.3.1 (45300)), and today I tried to do a fresh install but failed again. This is very annoying behavior. Every time I open the app, a pop-up opens with a message: | You are on the version 6.3.1 (45300). Discover what’s new This behavior occurs with all options, like default devices such as audio input and output, camera, dual monitor, and other configurations, everything is lost when I close the app. Please, help me solve that. It's very stressful to need to reconfigure audio, monitor, personal preferences and etc every time and try to never close app until next system boot or software update. If you need some details, logs, or everything, I can share them to help. I really appreciate any help you can provide. Diego Castilho
| The installation was successful"
| Automatically keep the Zoom Workplace app up to date
| Tip: you can change this in "Settings - general
Check the box in the pop-up or changing settings on general settings doesn't change anything. I'll receive the same message when I open the app again.

Hi, I am having this issue with audio mix for the interpreter. Some of ours interpreters wont hear the original audio under the selected translation channel form another interpreter. Is there any possibility to "mute original audio" as is in the participant panel? Or an option to contorol the mix (ducker) which interpreter can hear? Thank you, Filip
