And no one (even in this community) seems to care to help. ha. I've submitted tickets to Zoom. If I get any answers, I promise to come back here and post it. So frustrating, with seemingly no course of solution.

Same issue for the last 2 months.Paid user.Tried all online suggestions.Nothing.And no way to contact Zoom. Sort of insulting, honestly.
