Dial In Number
We pay extra for dial in capability, but all of a sudden it's not an option when scheduling a meeting. Phone numbers used to be available to insert into an email, but not now.

I was giving a presentation and plugged my computer into a projector - then when i tried to go on zoom - i couldn't hear my participants and they could not hear me. Even when i unplugged from the projector and went in and out of the meeting - it still wouldn't work. Any ideas?

I recorded a session and then closed my computer - when i opened it later it had the 'double click to convert' on the files in the explorer folder. I clicked on it and it was converting - and then I joined another zoom meeting and when I cam back - there was no file and the double click to convert files were gone from the folder. Any ideas where it could have gone?

I am going to Europe for 3 month and need to hold several 2 1/2 hour Zoom group calls (with video) I have TMobile but I am not sure if this will work. How many GB will each call be and how can I make sure that my calls dont drop? Local SIM card? Google FI? One of those mobile hot spots? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance

Hi. For the Zoom account for my synagogue, Waiting Rooms are disabled and Allow Participants to Join Before Host is enabled. But it doesn't work. Participants who attempt to log in before the host still get the "Please Wait for the Host to Start this Meeting." Some setting must have changed but I can't figure out what. Any idea why? Thank you.

Hello. I have been holding zoom meetings for over 2 years which we require people to register for and we approve manually. The last couple of meetings we have had a few people register, and we receieve an email notifying us they have registered, but when i go to the list to approve or deny them they are not showing up. This has not happened before. Any ideas why this might be happening? thank you

I had a new problem after a Zoom update to 5.13.4 on Mac OS. Whatever camera I used (internal and external) would eventually send my video with flashes, jerks, and overall distortion. I solved the problem by turning off hardware acceleration for sending video in the Advanced video settings. (This doesn't affect my iMac of similar vintage.)

Hi folks. My workplace uses Google Calendar and Zoom, and the Chrome extension that let me just turn a new event into a Zoom right from Google Cal was the best thing since sliced bread. Until recently when it suddenly stopped scheduling them in my work account and wanted to schedule them in a basic account associated with my personal Gmail that I don't even remember making. (That is the Google account I use on Google Cal so I can see all my calendars at once--but the email address for my work Zoom account is also associated with that Google account.) I don't know why it changed, and I can't figure out how to get it to go back. It even does it if I've just logged into the right account on Zoom.us on another tab.

Hello:
I am currently a basic user of Zoom and have 40 minutes to use. Lately, it doesn't allow me to use the entire 40 minutes as it only lets me do increments of 30 minutes. How can I fix this?
Thank you.
