Hello together,
I have a software issue with Zoom. The camera is not getting detected by the Zoom App.
Using Intel NUC as room PC. Same device can detect the camera under the Teams App.
We already tried to give camera the permission for the Zoom-App but it was correctly Setup.
Does anybody got another idea, what settings can be changed, so it works?

Hi! We are having problems with our account because it is not saving cloud recordings anymore. I´ve been trying to empty the cloud as often as I can, but it is still not clear to u why the problem continues.

We are having a strange problem when a user starts a Zoom Room meeting via the Zoom Room tap screen. The users in the Zoom Room see "host will let you in soon" message when attempting to join the meeting. The only way you can start the meeting is login to a laptop/phone, open the teams, app and allow the meeting to start.
This is very inconvenient because many users do not bring their laptops to the meeting. Is there a way to remove this option?

I have a Zoom account and recently re-installed Zoom on my laptop but am getting Error 403: app_not_configured_for_user when I try to access a meeting link. Some internet posts say this means my account is not active (paid for?) but I am on my home laptop. Ideas?

Hi, I am hoping to get some help with this problem.... I want to set up my zoom/google calendar to give my clients the opportunity to self schedule time slots in 15 minute blocks for 2 or 3 hour periods during the day. But when I set this up using google calendar and I click on appointment slots, it does not appear that zoom conferencing is an option for that item. I tested this with both a google and a yahoo account and it would not populate the option for the user (external) client to be able to make a 15 minute zoom call consultation from a menu of time slots.... It only populates as a google meet call, which I switched off....

I'm hosting a "meeting" on zoom today. I don't want participants to share their screen. I only want to be able to share my screen as the HOST. Is there a setting I need to click on to ensure no one can share screen but me during my meeting? Thank you. April

I have Zoom One Pro, and currently am being advised that I am using 90% of my storage, 13.5% of 15GB. In the Plan Options it advises that One Pro has only 5GB storage, and I've never had an issue with storage before. Now I have only 9 videos stored where I used to have over 100. Can someone advise if Zoom has changed it's storage policy in the recent past - like past month? Thank you!

We have the basic Zoom for our workplace. We have recorded a number of meetings, and we have stored the links. We just deleted the meetings (after downloading them to a back-up) and now none of the links are working. Is there any way to make those links active again, or is it standard that those links won't work? Thanks! Laura
