I scheduled a meeting and then changed the personal meeting setting from computer audio only to enable both telephone and computer audio. I then copied the updated invitation and pasted into my calendar invite to participants. But I noticed the passcode is different at the top than at the bottom of the invitation. I find this confusing and want to make sure no one will have access joining the meeting regardless of how they are joining. Which passcode do they need to use?

Close Registration 1 week before meeting

I have a reoccurring meeting already created; however, I'd like to close registration one week prior to the event so I can provide participants with information for the multiple sessions in a timely manner prior to the meeting.

Pro account is now showing as basic and limiting meetings to 40 minutes

Our pro account just went to basic and cut off our meeting at 40 minutes. We have had a pro account for at least a couple years, and it is paid up. On the billing page, it shows as being a current pro account, but on the account profile page, it show... Show more

Our pro account just went to basic and cut off our meeting at 40 minutes. We have had a pro account for at least a couple years, and it is paid up. On the billing page, it shows as being a current pro account, but on the account profile page, it shows as basic. This account is for daily AA meetings and people's lives are depending on these meetings. We NEED the 40 minute limit lifted immediately.

 

Please DO NOT reply with the instructions to assign a license to users. That is NOT the issue. We do not have separate licenses. The account itself is a pro account with no additional license. It worked properly until today. Please fix ASAP.

Hi there. I'm teaching a large class on zoom and thought it would be good if students took turns tidying up a transcript  of one class each, which would mean all transcripts get edited, and these student-edited transcripts displayed as the official transcripts next to the videos when people watched them. 

 

However, there seems to be no way to do this, since the only way I know to edit the officially displayed transcript is to log on as host. I have access to the .vtt files and could send them to students for editing, but I don't see any way to re-upload the .vtt files to display next to the video once edited in that format.

 

Am I missing something or is this not possible?

Resolved! lost transcriptions

I enabled live transcription for a Zoom meeting today, but ended the meeting without saving the transcription. I can't find anything in the meeting folder. Is there some way of retrieving the transcription? Fyi, I work on a Mac desktop.

I had some issues with Zoom about a week ago.  Those issues are solved....I now am having a problem with screen distortion (just my students, not me).  Also, if I start a new meeting as usual, I am sitting there waiting for them to enter the waiting room.  NOthing happens.  They get a message saying that I am on another meeting.  Not sure what to do!  Was working fine prior to last week.
