Hello, About 2-3 years ago my mic on the zoom app just stopped working on my laptop. It will work through the website on my laptop, just not the zoom app itself. It seems that it is something that needs to be resolved in the app itself. I checked the audio and settings, but can't figure it out. Can anyone help to resolve this issue? Thank you!

I cannot access the chat recording of my meeting called Viennalife Interaction Meeting on January 10, 2023.
My zoom does not work on wifi but work fine on mobile data network. Have tried multiple wifi network and even used different phones for same account but zoom does not work. It used to work earlier but stopped working all of a sudden.
Had to reload my computer. I have the basic account where I pay as needed. I now see on my computer NO contacts. I am willing to bet they are there, but on this new interface, not sure where do I access them. When I bring zoom up on my cell phone, I can see all of my contacts. Any help is appreciated. Al
