We have several patients who are not computer literate and have trouble starting their audio and video. Is there a way to eliminate the need for users to start audio and video or a way I as the host can start it for them?

Hey @nelsonh suggest having them set up their Zoom Desktop Client settings for Video and Audio to the following. This will automatically join computer audio for the participants, as well as have them unmuted when joining. As well as joining the meeting with Video on. The participants will need to adjust these settings.

Thank you! I will include these screen shots on the email I send out to patients. I was hoping there is something I can do on my end to facilitate this. I'm going to keep this open in case someone knows of a solution that does not require patients with little computer skills to set this up.
