Is anyone else having this issue?  When I try to share a screen with my disabled clients in Full Screen mode, the screen share automatically pauses.   This just started happening recently and I cannot find anything about this?  I share a screen in regular mode and it works, but the second I hit Full Screen, it pauses?   I would appreciate any help I could get on this.   

I've been streaming my monthly shows from Zoom to Facebook for over a year without a problem. All of a sudden it will not connect to Facebook. It is a Zoom page that says that I must log on to Facebook first, but I am already logged on. When I click the box that says "Connect to Facebook" it resets and returns to the same page. It has been doing this for over a week and my techie friends are baffled.

In my facebook group I clicked on Zoom live app. I have Pro version of Zoom. when I try to get help on how to stream from zoom support they say I have to join Events and there's a $189. charge for a year. 

I'm getting very frustrated. I thought with Pro I could do this.

At the end of our meeting we have a screen share of an image which contains a website.  Is there any way that this website link can be active and for participants to be able to click on link so they can go to website?  We do not want to open the chat or give them host rights.

The waiting room did not work on my meeting today. This is the first time it has happened in 3 years. I have the latest update and waiting room is enabled in my settings for everyone. Instead, people were able to join the meeting and bypassed the waiting room which is not ideal. How can I fix this?

Hi Im new zoom1 and Id like to record a video training from a desktop url I just received on email on zoom screen share. I can hear the trainer but the zoom recording does not pick up the audio from my computer speakers. How do I set audio to record internally?

twice in three days (never before) as host my screen freezes my participants see the screen go dark at my end zoom shuts down and closes up but the recording and meeting is still continuing without me.  Cannot be internet as recording is still happening.  Why is this happening?   Been using zoom for 3 years never had this happen
