So many issues? why is there no support?

I have so many issues with zoom.  EVERY time I try to join a meeting , zoom wants me to reload zoom even though I have an account and download it so many times.

 

If I want to have an on the spot meeting, the screen does not come up the same.  I get the home screen and can't figure out how to just start a meeting without setting a time

 

Why is zoom so obscure with getting support? I should be able to get support when I need it when I have paid for a program
