Need to prove that I joined a meeting

  • Please help me. I have just paid £100 to do a Speed Awareness Course. The course started at 18:30, I was sat in the "lobby" from 18:10 where there was a screen that explained I was in a "lobby" and that I would be entered soon to show my I.D.

 

At about 18:35 the screen went black and said "connecting" at the top but nothing ever happened. I waited for AN HOUR and still nothing happened.

 

I took screen shots and videos to prove I was on there (once I realised something was going wrong) but I don't have anything to prove I was in there BEFORE 18:30 as I didn't even think I'd need to prove it, everything was as it should be.

 

Please help me find a way to prove I joined the meeting at 18:10 or they're going to charge me the full £100 again to rebook 😭😭😭
