I don't know why but I have been using zoom api and recently when I'm to get a session link which ought to be a zoom meeting link it returned none

I want to buy the zoom add-on for large meeting; however, the period of 1 month is too long and costly as well for 1 time used only. Is there any way I can make a purchase add-on for the days that I only needed.

I am having trouble when zooming our church services. The spoken word comes through clearly but as soon as the music and singing starts the audio stops working. I have tried to alter a variety of settings but cannot find out why. Anyone any suggestions please?
This has only started happening since around July as before that all services where heard ok.

I am trying to show a 4 minute mp4 video with sound to a group of people via screen share (as part of a workshop/lesson) The video is stored on my google drive and i play it off there and hit screen share. It is clear for me but glitchy, very glitchy, for the rest of the group. Any ideas? Thank you 🙂

Is it possible with a paid Zoom plan to access and retrieve recordings of meetings I've attended that are stored in the cloud? If so, how can I locate and access these past meetings?
Are there any logs saved in the Zoom account regarding changes to the license type assigned to a given user?
Felt like someone from Zoom Workplace should know their Microsoft Store App has an error and can't install with Intune currently due to: "The selected app does not have a valid latest package version. " It's using the old W32 format and needs updated to the new UWP format to install for windows 24H2 Intune++.

Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

I have a recurring meeting, the first event was last week and the next is a week away. After someone registers and try's to add the event to the calendar, Zoom takes them to their calendar but then an error pops up and states, this meeting cannot be found. Is there a simple fix to this issue?

I am very frustrated with Zoom Commercial subscription. My clients did not have any login issues when I was on free zoom other than the limit of 40 minutes. Now my cleints are constantly getting the message "The host requires authentication to join this meeting. Please log in with a commercial zoom account to join. This message is so ambigious. I am asking the zoom team - Why are you telling my clients that the host needs authentication to join this meeting. I have paid for the subscription and invited my cleints. Then the next sentence says that "Plaese log in with a commercial zoom account. Why are you asking my cleints to log in with a commercial account. Z Zoom team - your error message is absolutely confusing and very ambigious. I am not at all happy with your product. Please refund my fees.
