Transcription on meeting identify

After my meeting is recorded and saved, I open the saved closed caption file and it does not show who is speaking only shows the time stamp. Can someone please assist me with this? I need to identify who is speaking on the transcriptions.

Hi there,

Is it possible to schedule a meeting and invite participants to the meeting without being a participant ?

I need to schedule a meeting for 2 zooms users, without participating myself.

 

Also, I'm on the basic plan with zoom, this means any meeting I organize will have a limit of 40 min.

However, I anticipate the meeting lasting up to 1 hr.

 

What can I do ?

Should someone else set up the meeting ?  

In order for the meeting to last beyond 40 min, must the organizer have an upgraded account ?

Automatically sharing cloud recordings

Is it possible to adjust the settings so that all users on the account can automatically view one specific user's cloud recordings without the one specific user having to explicitly share the cloud recordings every time?

Can two users share one license to host a meeting?

We have four license holders on our account, which is primarily used for a daily AA meeting. We need to add two more hosts, but wonder if they can share one license via a shared email address, such as something like ***********. Is that possible?

Latest Zoom app removed by itself

Every week i have to install the app, not sure whats going on ? Application keeps uninstalling or its file directory keeps getting deleted. There is no GPO or blocking software in place.

I tried to join a meeting, but I got an error message saying "Account is not paid. (2,015)". What does this mean?

I have a user who is attempting to share an iPhone screen in a meeting via a Windows 10 computer.  They go into Zoom, then hit Share Screen, then hit iPhone/iPad.  This always worked previously, but now has an issue.

 

Normally, as we all know, this will show instructions for how to begin iOS sharing via the iOS device's control center, and allow the iOS user to broadcast a screen share session into the Zoom meeting.  But in the case of my user, it simply says "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error Code: 0" (see screenshot).

I tried having the user restart, and I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom for them.    They're on Version 5.8.7 (2058) (64-bit).  I tried researching Error Code 0 as it relates to screen sharing but couldn't find anything.  Several sources indicate that Error Code 0 in Zoom is supposed to indicate an issue with installation, but reinstalling the client for this user didn't help.

 

iOS sharing works for me and others on my team, so it seems to only be affecting this user.

 

Anyone have any other ideas?
