Urgent Help. States I need update to latest version by contacting my IT department. I am my own IT

I have my own small business that I work from home. Zoom keeps stating I need to update to latest version but there are no options for updating when I follow the prompts and click my profile to check for updates. My account doesn't qualify for live technical support and I have a zoom training session with a new employee in 90 minutes. Any suggestions on what to do?

    Zoom requires minimum global versions from time to time. If you have your own Zoom licence then you are the defacto IT person.

     

    Here is the Zoom support document that describes how to update the Zoom desktop client.

    If all else fails, delete Zoom from your computer

    Reboot the computer

    Download and install Zoom again.
