Good day. Is there a way in the Admin's end that I can disable the cloud recording capability of 1 or 2 users while the rest can still record? Thanks for answering

Good day, I would like to ask for any tip on how to download All Cloud recordings to Local Drive, the easiest way. We have a lot of recordings to download. Can if be done in one go? Thanks
