I tried to host a meeting this evening in Zoom basic, as i do almost every week. I tested my microphone and speakers before and a couple of times during the meeting, and they worked fine. But when participants joined, I could see them, but not hear them. They could hear me and see me fine, and they could hear and see each other, but I could not hear any of them. I ended the meeting and restarted it, but it did not change anything. I still could not hear them, but they could hear me and each other. Any thoughts on what the problem might be. IT gave me a new camera, because updating Windows 11 last week killed my old camera's driver, but i don't think it would be that because they could hear and see me. i just couldn't hear them.

Hi, I am trying to record two people speaking (two different places) and when I try it on GALLERY or MULTI-SPEAKER the recording still comes back with only the person who is talking showing up. What am I doing wrong in my settings? It shows the both of us side by side when we are speaking, but its not being recorded like this.. Thanks

I scheduled a meeting in the correct time zone. Zoom created an iCalendar link to give all the participants of the scheduled & ReOccuring meeting, but the iCalendar link does not work. How do I get it to work? Please download and import the following iCalendar (.ics) files to your calendar system.

I have tried many different ways to contact Zoom support and get my Zoom working properly. It’s impossible to speak to someone live, so I hope that you can help with this problem. When I type in people’s email addresses to send to invite them to my zoom meeting, I am unable to send the email. I’ve tried this over and over and I can’t send emails to the participants. I have the $150 a year Zoom account which I have paid for a month ago. I use my on my iPad, as well as on my computer. Neither works! PLEASE HELP!

I have recurring meetings every single day with clients - this merge with calendar update does not prioritize meetings, it minimized the same recurring meetings that I've had for years, and makes it difficult for clients to find. I've even gone as far as disconnecting my calendar in hopes the meetings tab turned back into meetings, but instead it's still a calendar.

I have two zoom room controllers, version 6.0.7 and version 6.1.2 (latest). I am using a logitech rally plus setup with speakers, camera, and table mics. This issue just started recently, I have not had sound issues with teams calls on a zoom room for quite some time. I am trying to find a solution other than using Zoom for calls. Problem - When a teams meeting is started the participants can hear us, but no audio comes from the rally plus speakers. If I leave the meeting and rejoin the same issue occurs. Troubleshooting - I left the above teams call and went into the room controller settings and tested the speaker, it made an audible tone. I rejoined the teams call, no sound. Workaround - repeated leaving and joining teams did not work to restore the audio, as a test we started a new zoom call and invited the participant and then the audio from the speakers works. This seems to be a teams specific issue with the zoom room controller. Has anyone else had this issue?

Seeking advice as to whether or not it's possible to add a separate/unique passcode to a recurring meeting? Our team meets weekly and we'd like to add an external project group to attend monthly. But, as they are contractors and not employees of our firm, I would prefer to issue them a separate and unique passcode for our meetings. Can this be done? Thank you

Hello, I am unable to update my profile on the zoom website. I can sign in, and when I navigate to the "Profile" tab it does not load. I get a blue spinning circle. I have tried to log out and go back several times for the past week. No change. I also cannot delete my account or make changes. It is a free account
