After recording a session, I have imported the video into Camtasia and at first it is clear but then it turns fuzzy. When I import it directly into Canvas, it is fuzzy. I found an article with Camtasia that said to check the "Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor" box but this did not help. Anyone know a way around this? Thanks in advance.

I uploaded a MP4 of a Zoom meeting recording. I'd like to trim it but I don't see the scissors icon.
Not sure when this occured, but as hosts we are able to share a powerpoint and provide "Slide Control" to a presenter so they can advance their own slides. Recently we've noticed that the presenter who has slide control cannot advance or go back slides using their keyboard LEFT and RIGHT keys. They have to physically press the left or right icons in the Zoom app. Has there been an update to this? We've tried it on a mac and windows to no avail. Why would this funtionality disappear. Some of our presenters rely on their notes when presenting and would like to just advance the slide without having to click into zoom. This was previously working, and now it's not. I hope its something simple or something that I may be overlooking.

When the Zoom Room is the host/cohost of a meeting, the expectation is that when someone raises their hand, there will be both a visual and audible indicator for the Zoom Room host. Testing this extensively has shown that the visual indicator (hand raised icon) appears on the screen, but the audible alert does not happen. We are using Neat Bars and Neat Bar Pros. Has anyone experienced this as well? Is there anything I can do to ensure the audible sound chimes with a raised hand? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

My org has been having some issues with older versions of Zoom that were pushed out via Intune. Our RMM software (NinjaOne) has been indicating patches for nearly 100 different machines for a while, and they're all in various states of "don't wanna." I've done some investigating, and honestly, kind of stuck. A lot of these older versions were installed to roaming profiles, even with the MSI deployment package. Worse still, uninstalling the software has become a massive pain. The only option we seem to have is manually deleting the files, and searching the registry for entires. The problem I'm running in to is actually getting the registry in to a clean enough state that it'll actually install. I've spent 2-3 hours going through the registry of one computer just trying to clean it as much as I can. Nothing has worked up to this point. Running Cleanzoom doesn't do aynthing, and fires errors when it starts looking in to roaming profiles. Trying to run the installer despite this results in an error saying the older version of Zoom can't be removed. Action ended 13:30:02: InstallExecute. Return value 1. Error 1714. The older version of Zoom Workplace (64-bit) cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group. Syst It's pretty clear what's happening here. If we can't get a reasonable answer for this, we're almost certainly going to have to drop Zoom as a product we use in our stack. It is absolutely non-negotiable for us to have a product in our stack that we can't properly update, especially one typically deployed as widely as this.

This level of persistence and inability to simply remove Zoom makes it feel more like malware/a virus than a production app 😕 I have some clients due for an audit soon, and software updates being current is a major compliance point. This has been ongoing for months, and there is no rhyme or reason as to why it happens. I have had two identically configured machines sitting side-by-side, one works fine, the other fails.

Hi all, In the past couple of weeks participants complained that my audio was fading in and out with Zoom. I bought new headphones, troubleshooted with Apple and have concluded the issue is exclusively with Zoom. In mentioning it to a client he and a colleague have also had this issue with Zoom in the past couple of weeks. My current workaround in dialing in for audio which has no issues. I'm working off a strong fiber wifi. Anyone else experiencing this or have tips on how to remediate? Thanks!

Hello!
Is there a way to see the participants from a previous meeting?
TIA!

I have satellite internet and have restrictive data usage. I have recently been doing exercise programs on zoom and find that the data usage is off the charts. Is there a way to see if zoom is set for regular, HD or superHD?

My organization Children's Hospital & Medical Center is using Zoom for Virtual Care visits scheduled from EPIC EMR. There is a report that the attending person would get the following message when trying to connect. This issue was reported today 11/12/21 at 1030 AM Central time. Was there anything going on with zoom systems at this time? Are there any resources that can help identify what the issue was for this reported issue? Error message below.
