I have Zoom Workplace Pro and I want to add a co-host. In the settings Reunion don't appear co-host. Can you help me please?

Hello! I'd like to conduct a research survey using Qualtrics and Zoom. First, people would complete the Qualtrics survey. At the end of the Qualtrics survey, I would like each participant (roughly 50-60 people over a 2—to 3-month period) to click on a link to join Zoom and record a short story related to their survey responses by themselves (no researcher present). Participants would be on their own with no risk of another person joining. The Zoom room would be available if and when people choose to complete the survey and record their story, which could be any time of the day. And the recording must activate automatically when they join. I understand Qualtrics can record videos as part of a survey response option, but I wondered if there was a way to record these individual stories using Zoom. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Despite updating my name in my Zoom profile, every time I join a meeting as a host from a web browser link, it overrides my information with an outdated name. Not only does it do this with the Zoom profile created with my work account (debunking admin not permitting a name change), but my personal accounts too.

Hi Any way to divvy up say 20 ppl into 4 groups for games, such as trivia. Not in breakout rooms as I can't speak to everyone at once if they are in their breakout rooms. I want to simulate a classroom where I would have 4 tables of students, all in teams for the game, and I am hosting the game, putting the score on the board etc. The whole class is participating, but it is very clear who is on who's team.. Thanks

I’m a college professor managing multiple groups of students, each with their own account. I frequently use the polls/quiz feature and, every year, I find myself having to recreate 15+ different polls for each group. It would be incredibly helpful to have a way to save these polls and easily reuse them across different groups, rather than having to rewrite them from scratch every time

I want to be able to add a survey to ONLY the last session of a recurring meeting, where it appears on the screen immediately after the meeting ends. Is this possible?
Is anyone else having issues with Zoom meetings that freeze for a few seconds - multiple times during a meeting? I am using Cloudflare Warp as my VPN and I am using the latest version of Zoom 6.2.6
I would appreciate the help!
I'm trying to create an event via Zoom Scheduler that is multiple hosts and one attendee. When I try to add another host from my company, I'm getting the following message: "Unable to access this calendar, so attendees can’t book this schedule. Contact the host to reauthorize the account or remove the host."
What steps does the other host need to take to "reauthorize" the account? They are logged into web and desktop. I can't find anything via settings.
