Meeting ID - Invalid 12 digit ID

Hello, need help with meeting ID.

I was recently given a 12 digit number meeting ID and was not able to input all 12 digit as the limit was only up to 11 digit however the host informed that she had more than 30 participant whom had joined the session using the same meeting ID. Has anyone experienced this and advise how to resolve the issue?

I have the same problem! I can't enter all 12 digits, but also can't contact the host to see if it worked for others. Unfortunately it's an informational event that only takes place twice a year so it's super annoying!
