Video & Mic problem

I attend zoom meetings and just started using a new computer.  For some reason, my video is not detected by zoom when it's plugged into my new computer and neither is my mic.  I had no problem w/my old computer.  Does anyone have any idea why this would be?  Thank you.  Regina

Hello all. Today, when I logged in to my Zoom account and clicked on the "meetings" tab, and then clicked on "previous meetings," it only showed me the meetings for the last 30 days.  Before today, I could then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "last 100 meetings" and then scroll through and it would show me all my previous meetings.

Now, instead, there is a box near the top of the meeting list with the dates for the last month. Then there is a box with a little question mark next to it.  Highlighting that, it says "Only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range."  The default time range is the last 30 days.

When I click on that, a calendar comes up, with two blue dots on the start and end dates of the last 30 days.  HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THAT TIME RANGE.  I try clicking on the blue dot to drag it to a new date, and nothing happens at all.   There is no apparent way to change that time range!

How can I change that time range?  How can I see all my meetings for the last few years?

I used to be able to do that before this week.  Now I can't.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
 I am writing to seek your assistance regarding the Alternative Host feature in my Zoom account. We check in our organization's Zoom account, but I am unable to locate the "Alternative Host" option.

I can't find this

  1. Under More Settings, click the Users can add the following users as alternative hosts toggle to enable or disable it.

the last thing I can see is to allow users to assign scheduling privileges to others.

Request for Assistance

Could you please help me:

  1. Verify if the Alternative Host feature is available for our account type?
  2. Enable or guide me on how to enable this setting in the admin account?

If there are any prerequisites or specific conditions to activate this feature (e.g., account upgrades, additional permissions), please let me know.

Cannot scroll from ipad while controlling a laptop screen on zoom

I have recently got an ipad and was trying to use zoom as i was using it on my mac. Whenever i use to control someone else's system(remotely on a zoom meeting) from my macbook i was able to scroll up and down by just using 2 fingers as-if i was scrolling on my own laptop. But I am not able to do so when i have joined the meeting on my ipad, i have even bought a keyboard(Brydge II max+) with trackpad as well, I see a mouse-cursor on the screen after getting remote control but i cannot scroll up and down. Any idea if there is anything to be done to do the same ?

Resolved! Unable to start Recording using "Save to Desktop" option.

I get ONLY option as - record to Cloud. Can't see any Record to Computer option.

Why this option is NOT enabled? When my settings have the option selected - record to computer.

Re-analyze transcript to another langauge

Hi there, I am currently re-analzying my meeting transcipt to another language but it has taken almost 3 days. There is not indication how long it might really take. Is there a way to troublshoot this?

From someday, when I open a new meeting, it will alert "you have a meeting that is currently in progress. please end it to start a new meeting", when I end the other meetings and join the meeting, it will be ok. But if I leave or end the meeting and start a new meeting, it will alert again immediately.

 

No matter I change the settings, change the passcode or the meeting id, it will not be resolved, but my other accounts are working fine with no such notification, I don't know why, maybe I have to delete this paid account and use other email to use it.

 

Anyone can help it? I found the related questions on website and zoom community, but no resolved answers or can help me resolved it.
