全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。
全画面にしなければ、普通に映像がでるのに全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。
チャットツールなどを横に出せば全画面にしても真っ黒にはならないのですが
全画面のみにすると真っ黒になります。
PCはサーフェスの11世代で、先日までは全く問題なかったのですが
本日から急に上記の現象がでました。
対応策を誰かお教えくださいませ。

I use zoom to do an online karaoke room twice a week, and I noticed in the last update (5.14.7) the "Live Performance Audio" setting, but an unable to evaluate it because I get the following error "Unable to start Live Performance Audio" when attempting to turn it on from the upper left hand corner, where I turn on Original Sound as well. We're both on Mac OS

hello, i use an ethernet connection. I also use a mixer to get music and a mic through to the meetings with good sound and minimal latency. I am noticing when I am watching the recordings, the mic sound gets quiet towards the end of the meeting?? I thought I fixed it by turning off 'automatically adjust microphone' but after the last update, a day or 2 ago, the problem is back? Did audio settings change? What should be selected? And deselected so my mic is the same throughout? Thanks!

Hi there. I'm a music teacher who is very interested in using Zoom and it's sound sharing ability. Previously I had the Zoom Audio Driver (can't remember exactly what it's called) present in both my Audio/MIDI setup, but also available in my system as audio selections. Is this something that needs to be installed separately? Where would I find it and I guess more importantly why did it not install in my system this time around? My understanding was that it is installed with the Zoom desktop app. Thanks for any help! Current OS is Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 Stef
I did a reformat of my computer and reinstalled zoom (have uninstalled and reinstalled several times), but no Zoom Audio Driver is present.

I have a mac book pro which is connected to external display. I usually keep the lid of the macbook closed.
During a zoom meeting when the power to external display is lost, zoom automatically closes and kicks me out of the meeting.
This doesn't happen on windows machine. On windows, i am still in the meeting when power to external display is lost.
is there a way i can fix this for mac ?

Hi there, I've been having issues on my new work laptop. I initially installed Zoom and joined a meeting within the app and it worked fine. The next meeting I tried to join, I oddly was unable to. The app believed I was still in a meeting. I checked my task manager and it does believe I'm constantly in one, but there are no windows that prove I'm actually there. Even if I clear my cache, or uninstall/reinstall the app, i still have this problem. I've tried to look it up online and there doesn't seem to be anyone else with this problem. Might be a computer issue rather than an app issue, but regardless I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts.

I'm trying to pre-assign people to their breakouts with their emails before my meeting starts but when I test launch the zoom meeting, no one is assigned to their groups, the rooms are empty. Do people need to be zoom users? or have registered for the meeting? How do i pre-assign people and make them stick? Thanks! (I will have a mix of external zoom users and non-zoom users when i actually go live with the meeting)

First, I have to say, trying to reach Zoom support is a complete nightmare. The worst I have ever encountered with any company. The chat support says my account doesn't have live chat support. But I have the Pro plan which is supposed to. I tried phone support and they said my account doesn't include live phone support and to use chat support. Just going in circles. It's horrible! Anyway, the problem I'm having is just this. I would like to share media - photos and videos from my Photos app - during a meeting. There is no problem doing this on my Mac. But on my iPad I can't find the videos. It's not listed as one of the media types to share. Is there a solution for this? And if somebody from Zoom support wants to contact me about how hard it is to get support I would also appreciate that. Thank you.
