Pro account meeting disconnecting every half n hr
We hv pro account and our meeting is disconnecting every half n hr, since last few days.
there is no support at all, can anyone suggest what could be the issue ?

HI all, I end up manually selecting the vanishing pen about 5 times a day (I draw a lot during meetings). Would be nice if the app remembers the users last used pen style (like it does with the colour), or have a place in settings to configure a default pen.

When I am hosting a meeting and when I am participating in various meetings, I try to screen share in Zoom, it automatically goes to a black screen and says screen share is paused. I don't know how to unpause it. I checked in my account and I everything is toggled correctly. I have also, uninstalled Zoom and re-installed. Nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

I was using zoom without any issues but one fine day it stopped working in my PC. But same time its working in my mobile I reinstalled zoom still not working. Not working means - I used to get links for meetings (earlier it was working) after clicking the links a live lesson window will appear and if I press join button, a new widow will appear and within a fraction of second it disappears. Even if i try to create a new meeting same thing happens please solve the issue

When I log in to my profile on the web (zoom.us), I can see my profile picture. I have also followed this article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065840, but it doesn't display when I join a meeting. It used to display, but then stopped working. Do you have any suggestions on what else to try?

I was invited by people from Shincheonji who claimed to be christians (later found that it was a cult) via zoom - to be parto fo zoom meetings, that in the zoom meetings we weren't allowed to chat with others via zoom, because the option to chat between each other was completely gone - all done by hacking the zoom app by their IT team. To chat between each other was disabled by them, intentionally so that no one might speak to each other and reveal who they are - A CULT.
How come ZOOM team is not helping in this process in putting strong tools that no IT team might crack it. Those chats are important on each meeting, just because if someone will research that the so called "church" is actually a cult, might actually worn others to get out of there on time. People who have been deceived in such way gave their entire lives to the cult, some even being suicidal at the end.
So why is it that ZOOM allowed it? What happened is that the option from Zoom to chat between each of the participants was completely shut down. So the only one whom we could chat to was the those who were in charge aka "teachers" "mentors". So my Qn is how come ZOOM allowed for IT teams to intervene in a such ways, that it actually manipulated the app in a such a way that it was disabled to chat between each other, or interact or even share phone numbers with other participants.
I would love for ZOOM to take action in making the tools and especially the chat more rigorously accessible for everyone who is in any meeting, to be able to chat with other people in the meeting, and not allow IT teams that are part of cults, to be able to manipulate the app in a such a way that make out of it a play game.
I have seen how they disable chats in the middle of the meeting, if they forgot to, their IT team was doing whatever they wanted, also they could manipulate other stuff, having PRO versions.
So pls ZOOM, do something!!

I had a problem yesterday at a Zoom meeting. I was using a laptop in the same room as the presenter. I have done this many times without any problems. I have a headset with a microphone connected to the laptop. When I was let in to the meeting, for some unknown reason Zoom did not detect my speaker nor microphone. (And i did not know that until I was let in to the meeting.) But the laptop was causing echo in the Zoom meeting. There was no way that I could mute my session because, as Zoom did not recognize my microphone and speaker/headphones, it did not provide me with a mute icon. This has never happened before, and it did not happen when I just tested the laptop and headset with another Zoom session. I have no idea why Zoom did not sense my microphone and headset. But I consider it a bug that Zoom did not present me with any way to mute. I had to disconnect from the Zoom session.

Hello, I'm here to ask if anyone has the issue where, when you join the meeting, and you have set Zoom on dark mode, apparently the color surrounding my webcam is gray, when I want it all black. Is there a way to get rid of the gray box around my camera? I can link/show a screenshot of it so you can see what I mean by it. Example of the issue I'm talking about.

Is it any difference for recording locally on a chromebook? I've tried all the setting options that came to my mind but the option to record when i'm a host is not on my side.
Note the actual livestream aspect ratio does not change, all looks good from the live screen. Hence why it is confusing when it changes in the recording. Please fix this if you can Zoom, looks like a few people have this issue and have to use work around sir not use the option. Sad if your options are not useable.
Simple if in a zoom meeting and recording the recording is fine. But if you share a screen it changes to a portrait frame and a horizontal picture/video, regardless if the share is either way. Changed ratio aspect to original aspect, and not scale to fit.
Is there more ratio aspect settings in the shared section ? It also happens when co-host share, on there phones probably because they are portrait. Or when we share music so partisans can hear it better. How can we share and ensure the recording ratio aspect doesn’t change?
