So as the title says, we have been using a single sign on link to ADFS, which includes a relay parameter that references a zoom meeting ID, since late July 2024 without issue, but in the past day or so instead of redirecting after authentication to the meeting id indicated in the parameter, all users are redirected to their Zoom profile pages. Anyone else experiencing this?

OnZoom Set Up

I am tying to set up a OnZoom Serries Event. When I hit the publish button, it responds with our Business Account is not completed. Yet when I go to the business account page everything is filled in. Has anyone else had this happen?

 

Resolved! No option to go Live in a Facebook Group

When I click on "go live on facebook" in zoom, the only 2 options mentioned on the "Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook Live" page are :

- share on your own timeline

- share to a page

There is no group option as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Important:

- I already enabled the "Allow livestreaming of meetings" in the advanced meeting setting (including facebook).

- We have the app in our Facebook group.

- I am an admin of the group.

But the group itself probably isn't the problem anyway, because I can't even select "share to a group" in zoom.

(besides, I am admin of multiple groups with the zoom app installed and have used it in the past).

Of the 3 admins of the group, my businesspartner has the same problem in his account. The other one can go live in groups.

 

I hope someone can help solve this problem.

Background filters gone from Windows settings?

As of the last update or so I have been unable to apply any background filters - the "Backgrounds and filters" option in the general settings and on the video settings pop-up in the meeting window is now "Backgrounds and effects" - and there is no way to apply (or even find) filters.  Is there something I can set to bring back the filters!  I routinely applied a color to the  screen to increase visibility for viewers. Online troubleshooting still gives instructions as if the option were still "Backgrounds and filters" BTW.

Multiple entries for single RECURRING meeting, specific time.

Recently Zoom changes make it impossible (for me) to find how to set up Recurring meetings as before.  If I do not use "Recurring" in Zoom, but in my G. calendar, it does NOT feed back to Zoom (as it did in the past) to make it recurring.

However, if I do make it "Recurring" in Zoom, then it copies the entry for EVERY MEETING (duplicates the entry in my meetings list - both online and in the app) rather than putting them under a SINGLE entry as in the past, under Recurring.  I cannot even get the new "recurring" entries to show up under "Recurring".  

Driving me crazy!  I have to now join these classes (I teach online) through my calendar, not through Zoom.  Please respond!  I see multiple entries on this question, none of which have been answered.

Hi for the past week any zoom meetings that I host are ending after 40 minutes.  This was not happening previously.  I am aware that this happens for calls with 3 or more people.  But the calls I am making only have myself and one other and it is still happening.  I don't think I have changed any settings.  Is there a reason why this might be happening please?

Workplace App on Mac Instantly Reverts to Web Client on Login

Running MacOS 10.14.6 with a new download of Zoom Workplace app (Basic free acct)...when I login, the app instantly reverts to the Zoom web client. What's going on...how do I troubleshoot?  Thanks!

Need help with viewing all of my scheduled meetings for the rest of the year and can't figure out out to change the Selected Time Frame dates to start from today through the end of the year. I am using Chrome to access Zoom.  See print screen below with the date feature highlighted in yellow - can't get the dates to change effectively from 8/21/2024-12/31/2025. Thank you for your help

full gallery view not streaming to FB

I have been a zoom pro user for years. I often stream my zoom group meetings into my FB group. Before when I stream it would show everyone in the meeting, even if their camera is turned off. But now when I stream it, like today, it only shows the participants who open their camera, so it looks like there's a lot less people, but it's just not showing the ones with their camera off. 

When someone with their camera turned off speaks, the people in the FB group can hear them, not not see them, not even a name, its just me with my camera on and them speaking. It used to be that the stream could see the whole gallery view, regardless of people opening their camera or not. If this feature is no longer available, then I really have to look for another service.

Can't delete my profile picture

I want zoom to display just my initials, like when you have no profile picture, but every time I got to the web settings and delete my profile picture, it keeps re-appearing in the next logon (it uses my Gmail account picture).

How can I prevent that?
