Picture in Picture setting in zoom for intune ios app

On one of the users iPhone , zoom for intune app doesn't have the PIP setting toggle option. He has the latest zoom version and in the phone general setting PIP is enable, also background refresh setting is enabled for the app. Tried uninstall and install the app, but nothing works. The PIP setting on zoom app meeting setting doesn't show up. Has anyone encountered the same scenario before and if so found any solution ?

Hi@chandrashekarcm, to enable the PIP feature, you need to enable this setting first: in the Zoom app toolbar, More -> General -> Use CallKit to receive calls when not on Zoom.
